Everything was ok, plenty of space to 7 people and 3 bathrooms was very good. With two balconies you can choose sun or shadow. In kitchen is all you need to make food if you want. Aview from balcony is marvellous 💖

This property has a fantastic view and is very spacious both inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and the local beach is definitely the best in the immediate area. Local restaurants are a bit limited but the supermarket is very close....the hill definitely keeps you fit and the holiday lbs down. I'd have preferred to know of the additional 125e cleaning and linen fee upfront, as this adds to the booking cost.

For us (3 adults ja 4 children) excellent choice. Everything was as promised and our host's was extremely helpful.

La casa está sucia y muy descuidada en general. El mobiliario es muy viejo y barato. Básicamente cosas que han tirado de otras casas. La nevera es vieja y apenas enfría. Lo bueno: la comunicación con el propietario y la televisión con todos los canales de pago

Aparte del precio total de la casa luego al alquilarla te dicen que tienes que pagar 125€ de limpieza en mano, lo entendimos y lo pagamos , hasta que vimos la casa, la limpieza nose donde la hicieron pero allí os aseguro que no, telarañas, polvo por todos lados , la barbacoa por dentro estaba llena de restos de vete a saber qué, y los platos y cuberteria llevaban tiempo sin lavarse … solo había que ver los vasos , tuvimos que limpiar todo para poder cocinar en ello , la nevera no enfrió hasta el 2 dia pero nosotros no nos quejamos ( fallo nuestro ) solo la preguntamos por si hubiéramos puesto mal la temperatura o algo. Seguimos en la casa y vemos que las fundas de almohadas y alguna sábana no estaba limpia , con lamparones ( cosa que viene incluido en los 125€ que te hacen pagar con la limpieza), pero como veo no deben cambiarlas desde hace siglos. Otro dato para posibles viajeros que vengan es no abrir las ventanas de las habitaciones , ya que se meten bichos con mucha facilidad, a nosotros se nos metió una escalopendra de un tamaño considerable y no volvimos a abrirlas . Los armarios de las habitaciones ( la mayoría ) están ocupados por un montón de cosas de la dueña o edredones puestos de mala manera y no había forma de poder meter nada de la maleta , y para colmo cuando nos vamos la dueña nos cobra 50 € porque dice que hemos roto una sombrilla , que al tener mala sujeción y no haber avisado de ello salió volando con una ráfaga del aire al descampado de enfrente , donde nos tuvimos que colar para poder cogerla gracias a los vecinos que se dieron cuenta, y respecto a la piscina una vecina nos aviso que solo podían bajar cuatro personas por casa a la piscina ( cosa que nunca se nos aviso por la dueña ) siendo la casa para 8 personas y nosotros siendo 5 . Por decir algo bueno las vistas son muy bonitas, pero el trato hemos salido muy enfadado y decepcionados con la dueña, espero que para futuros viajeros con el dinero que les hemos tenido que pagar por la cara arreglen o se dignen a limpiar.

We hebben een heel leuke week gehad in deze ruime woning. Vanop het groot terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. De rustige omgeving zorgt ervoor dat je compleet kan relaxen. Onze kinderen (en wij) hebben volop genoten van het zwembad en de buurt. Veerle was onmiddelijk beschikbaar bij vragen.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison qui est très bien située, à proximité des commerces et restaurants, les deux terrasses à l’opposées l’une de l’autre permettant de déjeuner et diner dehors selon la position du soleil, le petit cabanon nous a permis de stocker poussette etc. La piscine de la résidence est propre, elle est grande avec un petit bassin pour les enfants pour leur plus grand bonheur. Seul petit bémol la clim se trouve l’étage de ce fait il fait chaud en cette saison de forte chaleur dans la grande chambre au rdc. Quant à l’équipe très réactive et disponible sur place! Merci à elles!

Wow, the pictures do not do the views from this property justice. A fantastically sized house, fitted us perfectly with lots of room for everyone in our party of 7. Ideally situated on a corner, we used the front door to enter straight into a well equipped kitchen & onto a large living area with a table/chairs, unit equipped with lots of crockery/games & a large corner sofa . There’s also a tv with lots of channels inc Netflix & sky sports/bt. There’s a twin bedroom off this room together with a shower room. The back door opens onto a large terrace to 2 sides with a gate leading around to the front (we used this door our entire visit) & this path has no passing holidaymakers. There is a large outdoor table & chairs, 4 sun beds & an outhouse equipped with a bbq, parasols etc. From the main room, you go downstairs to the main (large) bedroom, large bathroom with twin sinks, bath & over shower & washing machine. Downstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, twin & double & second shower room plus 2 further terraces. The pool is down a few steps & is well maintained with a shower, we were mainly on our own! There is a supermarket close by at which we could buy everything we needed & bars/restaurants within walking distance in both directions. The beach is down the hill about 15 minutes away & is stunning. There are cafes/restaurants along the front & the beach is enjoyed til around 9.30pm (a night time wave jump is highly recommended). There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the hill (turn right) & we used the A route to travel into Torrevieja (just over 1 euro for each person) to get the coach on the trips from the little bus station (Viajes Rosa Tours) or enjoy a night at the markets/shops/restaurants in this bigger place. We would highly recommend this accommodation & will be revisiting. Thank you .

Netop hjemvendt fra en dejlig ferie i Torrevieja. Lejligheden har en fantastisk udsigt, skøn beliggenhed, god størrelse og indretning, og en helt utrolig ro. Udstyret med stort set alt hvad vi havde brug for. De fleste madrasser trængte dog til at blive skiftet, og en enkelt ventilator mere, eller to, havde været dejligt. Men overordnet en virkelig positiv ferieoplevelse, og en lejlighed vi godt kunne finde på at søge tilbage til.

la villa bien situé assez grande avec toutes les commodités. Endroit très calme,du fait que la residence n'était pas loué entièrement nous avons bien profité de la piscine,pratiquement pour nous seul.

Lovely apartment with plenty of space for 7 of us. The beach and local beach bars were a real hit with the youngsters. The apartment was well equipped and it was a real bonus to have a supermarket so close.

Very nice apartment with a lovely view over the sea. Well planned apartment. It was very nice to be siting on the terrace after a whole day in the sun down on the beach. The only bad thing with a fantastic view is the walk from the beach to the apartment. The hill you have to walk is a killer for the legs. It is close to the food store, only a 5 minute walk. The pool is clean and not many people in it. Many times we were alone in the pool area. There is only one air condition in the apartment and it is on the groud floor. We started it in the evenings so the living room and the bedroom on this floor was cold. In the bedrooms downstairs we all had fans. There is enough space for 8 people to live here without feeling crowded. We are very satisfied with the two weeks we stayed here. /Robert and Marie with family and friends (Sweden)

Calme, confort, équipements intérieur et extérieur très complets. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants (2 et 5 ans). La propriété est située à proximité de deux grandes surfaces, idéal pour les courses. Trois terrasses donc toujours de l'ombre ou du soleil au choix durant toute la journée. Transaction parfaite avec la propriétaire toujours disponible au téléphone et accueil parfait de Sally, la dame responsable sur place. Bref, un séjour de rêve.

Despite lack of aircon in any bedroom the place itself was nice bit was at the top of the biggest hill ever which made even a run to shop hard work with a toddler and a buggy. Even the pool required taking on 100 steps. Biggest problem was the couple next door who say they own it so could be there any time - by 9pm on the first night were shouting at us about the noise our children were making by 10 they were threatening violence which made the rest of the stay very uncomfortable. This was during the summer break so I would be expecting kids. Will never rent a place again unless I know the place

Die Wohnung mit 3 kleinen und einem großen Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Meerblick. Die Küche ist klein, schien aber gut ausgestattet zu sein. Wir haben sie nur fürs Frühstück genutzt, da wir Familie besucht haben. Aus zwei SZ hat man zudem ebenfalls einen Meerblick. 3 Zimmer und zwei Bäder befinden sich unten, man erreicht sie über eine Treppe. Hier gibt es auch einen Balkon und ausreichend Platz zum Wäsche/ Handtücher aufhängen. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber. Die Terrasse war nicht gewischt, aber Stühle und Tisch waren sauber. Zwei Bäder verfügen nicht über ein Fenster. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos und freundlich.

Nos alojamos un grupo de 8 jovenes. Las fotos cumplen totalmente con la realidad de la casa. Amplia, limpia y totalmente equipada( útiles de cocina, toallas, sabanas...), además del aire acondicionado en cada habitacion teniamos un ventilador(que apenas usamos porque en la casa no hacia excesivo calor). El trato con la propietaria perfecto!(comunicacion rapida, clara,fiable y muy agradable en persona) La zona de la vivienda muy tranquila, supermercados y playa cerca además de paseo maritimo y algunos locales para comer/tomar algo. (Quizá demasiado tranquilo para los que busquen fiesta) 100% recomendable para alojarse! Muchas gracias!

The ideal location for a relaxing holiday! Spacious and practical apartment, ideal for a holiday with several people. The various terraces of the apartment allow you to enjoy the sun the entire day. Close to a supermarket, shoppingcentre and the beach, with a promenade with nice and cozy bars and restaurants.

Très bel endroit, très calme. La plage est à proximité et le centre est facile d'accès. La maison est bien localisée. L'endroit est spacieux et bien équipé. La piscine est grande et bien isolée. Dans son ensemble, cet endroit est très agréable.

Fantastisch appartement: proper, mooie en praktische ligging en zeker ruim genoeg voor 8 personen! Ontbijten op het terras met zicht op de zee, maakte een goede start van elke dag: puur genieten! Supermarkt, bushalte en strand liggen op wandelafstand en het zwembad in het complex is mooi en schoon. Ik kom terug en raad dit zeker aan aan vrienden en familie.

L'appartamento è bello largo e pulito. L'appartamento si trova a quattro passi da un supermercato, la fermata del pullman (per andare a Torrevieja) e il mare. Vicino alla spiaggia c'è un bar ed un ristorantino carino con della paella buonissima. Anche se non vorreste cenare fuori: la cucina è ben attrezzata con quasi tutto quello che si ha bisogno per cucinare una cena semplice. La terrazza con vista sul mare è un posto ideale per fare collazione, pranzo o cena. Lo raccommando caldamente!

Erg zonnige woning zelfs tijdens de winterperiode. Zeer geschikt voor grote gezinnnen en vriendengroepen,... ruim genoeg voor 8 personen zowel binnen als buiten. We hebben heel de dag door zon gehad op de terassen, die rondom de woning liggen en alle voorzieningen waren ook ruimschoots aanwezig. Het strand van La Mata is een echte aanrader voor zowel zonnekloppers als wandelaars. Wij kijken alvast uit naar onze volgende vakantie!

Ruim appartement met zwembad waar heel de dag door zon te genieten valt van de zon. Op 5 minuutjes wandelen van de supermarkt en dicht bij het strand. Top!
