The fact we had really noisy room First night was not good we had a room with 2 small bed And they send me a bill I had to pay at the end but we didn't understand what was that bill

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast options, location is very walkable, accommodation is comfortable and clean.

It can be loud well into the night as street noise is nearby.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very good And the view of the hotel was beautiful

I didnt like that i requested a sofa bed for sn extra guest and i didnt ger it Also when i arrived i asked the. Size of the be and thry were wrong it was a twin not a full double bed

Breakfast was not good, tigrillo was served with scrambled eggs and the chef insisted on telling us that's the way it is and not with fried eggs.

The looks of this place are incredible, the location could not be better. The lady serving us breakfast was amazing and needs a promotion.

The room was the size of a post stamp and has zero insulation. So you will definitely enjoy the nightlife of the city. It’s so sad to see double glazed windows installed with a massive air gap at the side. Seem goes for the walls which are paper thin. The staff at reception seemed like they weren’t up for the job or never received any training. There was virtually no interaction and no initiative to make us feel welcome. We were told to pay, given our key and told it’s up the stairs and that was it. Selina likes to promote itself as more than a hostel, but it’s not even coming close to a good hostel. Selina seriously needs to look into creating an atmosphere and training their staff properly. And just a little extra foam and plaster might do miracles for the sound proofing!

The room next to us started a party at 4 am, staff came twice, but it didn't solved the problem.

Room was located next to the very busy and noise street. Change of room was not possible

Great location and the building is beautiful, also really loved the yoga classes and breakfast offered was very generous compared to most hostels

We got a small room to save money, and be warned it is small - I was fine but my partner is 6 foot 2 and found it cramped. Just to be aware of, but the room was very comfortable and clean otherwise and there were lots of communal spaces to go instead so it wasn't a problem
