En resumen se podría calificar como un auténtico despropósito por el elevado precio las habitaciones, en cuánto a comodidad horrible, el confort no existe, el desayuno es nefasto, malo y caro. El personal un auténtico desastre, ni son del sector ni tienen ganas de atender al huésped. La experiencia ha sido tan malo por un precio tan caro que es para recomendar que nadie visite ese hotel, es más que renieguen de realizar cualquier reserva. No puedo realizar ningún comentario positivo del mismo.

This is a very nice hotel, in an area where there are multiple restaurants very handy, including one affiliated with the hotel. Everything was high class and we had no complaints. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Because we were schlepping a bunch of stuff on a long road trip, it was nice that they had a covered garage that felt secure.
The directions about how to managed the check-in procee when arriving by car were very confusing. They need to be described in much better detail in the on-line descriptions.

I was disappointed with the level that represents the hotel, Four Points by Sheraton has downsized a lot
I did not get the room I paid for in the end, the room was very basic not worth the price

The location is great. The room was big.
My room was adjacent to another room and connected by a shared door, which was not very comfortable because I could listen to everything and the noise woke me up.

I like that there are many restaurants nearby and the Gallerias Mall is nearby that you can even walk.

I didn’t like that you only had one elevator that functioned. Waiting a long time in line for breakfast then you had to order. It’s a lot faster when you serve yourself, like it was before.
This was my worst stay with you and I have stayed many times before.

The carpet, the bed was hard.

They would not accept any form of payment except a physical credit card. I was paying for the room for my daughter. They would not accept my card online, on the phone or in any capacity. They would not accept payment through Apple Pay, Venmo, Square, or Cash App. We had to wire money to my daughter- it took hours and much stress. This hotel needs to improve their customer service. I will never use Booking.com again.

It was clean. Pool. Treated nice by the staff.
Only issue was lady janitor. that was being rude cause we forgot our facemasks and started to make a big deal.
