- personnel are very very good and go the extra mil to help the clients. They responded to every single request very fast in sincere and supportive manner. - The location is good. - villas are spacious. Finishing was -and still- very good. - rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and mattresses are nice.. - Furniture is enough like beds, cupboards, kitchen etc. - the private pool villas are very good. - privacy and comfort are superb.

- the village was one of the best places in Obhur , but now it’s unfortunately neglected. The villas need immediate some villas need immediate renovation (the management should start doing renovation soon section by section). Some villa need kind of minor renovations to meet the expectations. Villas are under equipped for nicer stay. I think adding microwave, water dispenser , enough towels, shampoo, large TV, new seats in the dining room clean sheets , dishes, kitchen tools and utensils would make it a much better stay. One or two containers from china with visionary management can turn this place again to be among the best places in Jeddah.

The staff are really nice if you'd ask me. They will really take good care of you. In my stay the one thing I'd love is the friendliness of the staff. The place is actually nice if it is well maintained. The place has a lot of potential.

The place seems like it was abandoned or should I say not maintain properly maybe because of understaff. The pool is close and so is the beach. It would be nice also if there were water heaters and tools for cooking. And the outlet is somewhat old not the one we are using. So if you want to charge better to bring an adapter. I cannot tell also if the bedsheets are clean or not but I will place my trust in them that they are cleaning and changing sheets.

There is no regular maintenance Bed sheets were not clean at all (not changed after the previous guest) The Toilets were very dirty with bad smell I will never go there again even with quarter of the price I paid
