Kathleen was an amazing host. helped us rent a motorbike (which i would highly recommend if staying out of town, saved money from taking tricycles everywhere) she was always willing to help us with booking tours. the place is so peaceful away from the main part of town. Room was spacious and while you can get wifi much in the room, it’s lovely sitting by the main area where the wifi is and enjoying the ambiance

The owner is really nice and accommodating. She gave us lot of tips for our stay. If we come back in Moalboal we'll definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect

Kathleen is a very very nice person, she answered all our questions and helped us with a scooter. The house has a gourgeous garden and the room is big. A great value for money.

A little bit far from the center but this is how we like it, if you want privacy and a good value for money it is a plus.

We love the big bed and the spacious room. We have a garden in front. The place is some km away from the town which is good to escape from the noise of the main town and Panagsama. The owners are very accommodating and friendly too.

Well the only thing here is the wifi connection in the room. Since I am working online, internet is a must for me. They don't have that in their rooms. You need to go to their main house (which is within the compound anyway) to get connected to wifi. But if you go on a holiday and trying to get away from emails and stuff, this place is just perfect for you.

Very nice place, clean and well equipped. Kat the owner helped us a lot with travel plans and day trips. We booked the canyoneering tour through her as well and had a great experience. She also rents out scooters to her guests at a very fair price.

There is barely any service and there is only wifi on her porch and not in the rooms themselves.

We booked for 1 night but extended stay for a further week. The facilities were perfect for us. It’s private and very quiet but easy to find from the main road. Would suggest a scooter/transport to make life easier. The garden room was well equipped and bathroom is new. Kathleen the host is extremely helpful - would absolutely recommend a stay here.

The wifi connection is not the best if you ask me, especially if you work online its a bit of a challenge but Kathleen offered us to sit on her porch so we could get the best connection possible. I think a couple of range extendes could fix this issue easily.

The owner is very kind!and this place is sooo peaceful&clean!when you stay there you can see thousands of stars!!I recommend this hotel.
