Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Die Zimmer passen.
Die Türen schließen nicht dicht. Oben an der Türe ist ein rund 1,5 cm lichter spalt wo man auf den Gang durchsehen kann und alle Geräusche und der Lärm vom Gang in das Zimmer gelangt. Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Preis den man hier für die Unterkunft zahlt. Sowohl Pappteller, Pappbecher als auch das Angebot selbst sind hier überteuert.

A localização é excelente, perto do centro, de estações de metrô e trem. Há um parque em frente ao hotel, muito agradável. O café da manhã é típico de redes de hotéis na América do Norte, bem satisfatório. O staff foi bastante simpatíco.
Tudo funcionou muito bem. Aconselharia colocar mais opções de frutas no café da manhã. Na parte da manhã, como o hotel estava cheio, a espera pelo elevador foi longa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, featuring a very good walk-in shower. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the rooms, as well as the efficient air conditioning.
The breakfast was suitable, with an option available for everyone. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to find and perfect for walking around the area.
A highlight of our stay was the fun experience of having snacks delivered to our room by a Robot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, amenities, and unique touches!

Localização ótima. Apto com bom tamanho. Cama maravilhosa. Enxoval muito bom. Banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito bom. Só tivemos um pequeno problema com o aquecedor, que parou de funcionar. Informamos e rapidamente um funcionário da manutenção foi ao apto e constatou que houve um curto circuito na tomada. Ele providenciou a nossa transferência para outro apto. Verificou se estava tudo funcionando e nos mudamos. Infelizmente não sei o nome desse funcionário, mas fica aqui o meu parabéns pela sua cordialidade e profissionalismo. O café da manhã também é ótimo!

there is a good bed and a window. the air condition works.
the best thing i can say is that the location is good. and the hotel is accessible.
the breakfast is not good. its not cooked on site. its shipped there and is only with disposable single used plastic. its quality is not at the level of a hotel.
the shower is not great, the water pressure is week and after i complained they said its the normal.
the staff is not helpful. we booked a taxi with the hotel for 4 people specifically saying that its for 4 people with large suitcases and a small car came without enough room for all of us. we asked for help from the staff and the front desk said only a manager can do more then to check us in and he is not there. we ended up ordering a second taxi on our own.

The room was not sound proof, you could hear the everything from the hallway at that price it should be soundproof, Also, the AC made weird sound, we had a pretty rough night.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Express downtown Toronto. The property was outstanding, clean, great decor, exceptional staff members, great breakfast to name a few things we appreciated. The location was great. We were there for a few days of leisure and the location was excellent for getting to many attractions in Toronto.
No complaints at all.
