Weinig restaurant service bijvoorbeeld geen ontbijt restaurant. Alleen roomservice tegen extra service kosten terwijl er geen alternatief is.

Property location very close to everything.

We were disappointed! For the amount we paid we could have a better view. We asked if we can moved as all we can see is the roof of the other building.

Location was great. Room was spectacular. Staff exceptional. Spa is lovely.

No place to get a proper cup of coffee- besides making it in your room or room service. Club was too loud to enjoy a glass of wine. Pool was in middle of a nightclub. Just things to be aware of...

The room exceeded our expectations. Staff was great.

Entrance to the hotel was in an alley which did not have a street name.

Front Desk needs more training. hotel does not have Sauna. Georgia STreet Access is not available until 11am which is strange

It was close to the sea wall, within walking distance to most attractions downtown.

Pillows were too soft. There was no kettle in the room but they had tea bags in the room. Floors needed to be cleaned on our floor.

The room was very nice, clean and many modern amenities. A very comfortable stay for the 5 nights we were in Vancouver. However, we experienced a problem over a few days regarding the room being cleaned.

We had pre-planned excursions through out the week and ensured that we were out of the room by 11 am everyday. On our first day I ensured the do not disturb sign was removed and pressed the light on the computer screen to have the room cleaned. Upon our return from our excursion around 3 pm our room was not cleaned and had early dinner plans. We reported the issue to front desk and the Manager Lianne questioned whether the do not disturb sign was removed and light was on to have the room cleaned. Our room was cleaned within the hour. However, over the next 2 days prior to 11 am we had two letters placed under our door indicating that Housekeeping will not clean the room as the do not disturb sign was on our door. We brought the issue back to the Manager Lianne 2 days following and she discounted the issue and indicated she would get back to us on why letters were placed under our door around 9 am. I find it really odd why we had to justify why we were still in our rooms prior to 11 am. We felt that the Manager did not really address the issue nor did she understand how inconvenienced we were as this is totally unacceptable to pay a premium for 5 days in a 5 star hotel and yet we are feeling like we had to leave the room prior to 11 am in order to have our room cleaned. As previously indicated the manager credited us back $100.00 on our account but yet did not really compensate for the inconvenience or address our concerns. Why does a customer have to fight or argue why they have to leave their room before 11 am or receive letters under our door at 9 am saying your do not disturb sign is out and if you want your room to be cleaned by Housekeeping please call number before 3 pm. The Manager Lianne did not take responsibility nor did she address our concerns. Regrettably this trip was planed by my wife for my 60 birthday and picked a high end hotel to celebrate and our experience was not that great. All other staff in your hotel are cordial and very nice.

Absolutely amazing hotel, service was great and rooms were so comfy and relaxing. The lobby also looks spectacular! It's all the little things that make this stay great.the room had an iPad for you to use. The room can be all controlled easily via a touch panel. Heated floors in the bathroom and toilet was seperated from the bathroom which was great. Will definitely stay here again next time and hopefully will be a longer stay in Vancouver!

Cleanliness, service, room, location, and attentiveness from staff were superb. MAYA in the front desk and GEOFF in valet both ensured we were taken care of since the very second we stepped foot on their premises. It is them both that will ensure we return to this incredible hotel. Thank you, thank you, and more thank yous.

Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of the city, close to the cruise port, which is what we looked for originally. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Amazing Michelin Star restaurant, Mott 32, right on premises. Perfect in every way!

very clean and great location

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and with helpful attitude, when we arrive they looked that my girlfriend has a bouquet of flowers and they offered us a vase, the room was very clean and with modern style, when I booked I did the request to be in a higher floor, but when I did the check in they assign me in a lower one, I call to do the request again and the next they assign us in a higher one, also we went to the mansion night club, good music, and also nice drinks, they close in late-hours, and it feels good hang out and stay in the same place (if you are staying there it’s no cover or entrance fee), we also went to karma launge, the waiter was super kindly, and with energetic vibes, also when we arrived late, almost when they closed, at the end of the trip it was impossible to left the sock monster, so we bring with us to have the nice memory of our vacation :) hopping to be back!

Leave, and return home (so everything was perfect)

Excellent, friendly staff that all went above and beyond to provide five star service. Was upgraded on arriving to a suite and it made the week I stayed wonderful. Room was always impeccable.

room was amazing, location was perfect for us and our plans, staff were really helpful and lovely - we had a higher tax on our bill than the tax stated when I booked on booking.com and they honoured the tax at the time of booking.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We were treated like family. Anything we asked for was provided. Luxury hotel with an amazing staff. Perfect place to stay in Vancouver. We hope to be back!

The service was top notch, this is hands down one of my best stays and I travel the world frequently. The view was memorable, the tub w was to die for, the high tech amenities, the upscale night club, the in room dining service and whatsapp support *cheffs kiss* The service was top notch and I felt like a queen here. I can't wait to return.
