Os quartos e banheiros são ótimos! Parece tudo bem novo ou reformado. Super limpo e confortável! Localização excelente, na esquina passa uma linha de metrô de superfície.

Não gostei que tudo no café da manhã é feito de material reciclado, até mesmo os talheres. Além disso, o chuveiro sem pressão, sai pouca agua.

Beds could use an upgrade

The room was very spacious, we have our own sink, the bed was great, washroom is also great, and the couch is good.

Durant l'estança, no han netejat l'habitació cap dia ni han canviat tovalloles. Al mirall del lavabo hi ha un cartell que diu que netegen diariament, canvian totes les tovalloles i reposen les amenities!!!

床や壁が薄いのか、隣、上階の物音が筒抜け。音に敏感な人にはお勧めできない。 混雑期でもないのに客を数フロアに密集させてる印象を受けた。

Really enjoyed the breakfast. The quality of the bed was pretty good as well, comfortable.

The decor and the amenities in the room were a little off-putting. I found that the lights should have been easier to use (ie. one switch for main room light). The quality of what was there was adequate, but it felt a little weird. Also, very little noise reduction between rooms. We could easily hear the people next door talking, opening and closing the doors, and using their shower. Pretty unpleasant, but maybe that's standard for hotels these days.

I really appreciated my time in Toronto and the hotel helped me a lot in this experience. Location, cleaner and good staff. Additionally, the breakfast was very good.

Nothing create any uncomfortable for me.

The breakfast is good, you won't leave hungry. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The beds will provide you with a good sleep. Special thanks to the friendliest and most positive staff - to May and Dan. They are booking wizards who did the impossible and found me a room when the hotel was fully booked. You saved my weekends, my sleep and my nerves, 1000 points of 10 possible :)

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. My daughter was on crutches and they did whatever they could to help. The morning after our stay, my car was TOWED from Jarvis St (my fault) and they were very sympathetic and helpful in resolving this with me- finding locations and phone numbers faster than I could.

Bed was very comfy. Good shower. Availability of parking was outstanding. Easy to access with IN-AND-OUT privileges!!!. Nice in-room dinette area. Breakfast was included. Many nearby eateries to get coffee, donuts, Mexican, etc.

Lights in room were dim. Window looked onto active construction so we had to keep the shades down, hence, our dependence on lights. No fresh towels when we returned to our room in the evening despite the towels having been left on the floor. The WOODEN UTENSILS ruined the free breakfast.

Breakfast can offer more choices, and it didn't have the To-go bags as mentioned

I lived on the non smoking floor but still can smell it through the washroom vent when it's on, and also when walking through the hallway.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. When we asked about nearby places to eat, one of the receptionists recommended The Blake House which was a short walk away. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was nice to have breakfast available at the hotel.

Though the breakfast choices were numerous, some of the hot items were overcooked and not very warm. It’s also very off-putting to have only flat wooden utensils with which to eat. The fork broke while I was trying to scoop up the food.

Frühstück ok, nicht europ. Standard. Es wäre schön wenn im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit Geschirr und Besteck benutzt würde, welches abwaschbar ist. Die Nutzung von Pappgeschirr, welches anschließend und den Müll kommt ist meiner Meinung nach nicht unbedingt umweltfreundlich. Danke

In a construction zone with drilling at 7:15 - but it’s Toronto.

Excelente hotel, muy espacioso con camas sumamente cómodas y a solo 7 minutos caminando de una estación del metro, el cual te lleva a downtown en 10 minutos aproximadamente.

The hotel has an excellent location, a few steps from tourist centers, supermarkets and pharmacies, which makes it very easy to get around on foot. As for the hotel, the staff is very friendly, and being a recently remodeled space it is a pleasure to relax. We would definitely choose it again. The breakfast is pretty good as far as options go for this type of hotel.

The breakfast is quite good in terms of sweet and salty alternatives, I only would have liked it if plant-based milk and yogurt were included.

We really loved the breakfast! Also, our room was perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

There were not sleepers.
