Schöne, moderne Zimmer, aber wirklich unschlagbar war die Aussicht. Der beste Blick auf einem Hotelzimmer, den wir je hatten. Wirklich umwerfend!

Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the falls. Very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom.
Can be a bit of a walk from the main attractions/the falls, especially if the falls incline shuts early.

We had one of the top level rooms with full view to both falls and it was just .... awesome !!! Super nice hotel staff, freshly renovated rooms with everything you would need incl. Nespresso coffee machine and small refrigerator

The location was fantastic and amazing. I was watching the falls all my days.
The room so small even for 2 people, and we have only one chair, when i asked the customer service to bring me onther chair for my husband she said it is not allowed for more than one, i was shocking from her answer and I told her i have to stand up all the 3 days.. Loool that was so stupid.

Excellent views from the room (choose the room with views of the Horsefalls). The hotel is being renovated and the rooms (at least mine) are new and tastefully decorated.
The price. They deceive a little: When choosing they show rooms with views of the horse falls (they have excellent views of the main falls: horseshoe) and others where they say "views of the falls" BEWARE! These only have views of the secondary (American) waterfalls and are not worth it. I booked these at the beginning and I asked them several times if they had views of the main falls (horseshoe) and they did not answer me, so as not to tell me no and then cancel the reservation. I imagined the situation and canceled the reservation and booked the one that said "horseshoe views" and I asked them again if they had views of the horseshoe falls and then they answered YES the first time. The staff tries to deceive.

Great location, nice staff giving good advice. Option to store luggage after check-out. Rooms small but we’ll-maintained. Across the street a nice, low-key Italian (Zappi‘s).

The Tower is being refurbished. It is beautiful what they have completed. Room was very nice, the view could not be better, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When it is totally finished it will be wonderful.

There was no facility of drinking water in the hotel. Reception staff was very rude to us. They were not guiding us about the parking which was far from hotel. I really didn’t like the services at all.

Me gustó que la habitación estaba limpia y se veía nueva. Las vistas desde ihop.
No me gustó el trato de la chica de recepción. Era repelente la forma en la que nos trataba. La habitación no merece la pena cogerla con vistas pues durante la mañana y la noche hay mucha niebla y no se ve nada.
El hotel estaba en reforma y todo parecía un poco sucio y desordenado en las zonas comunes.

location it's amazing, view is fantastic, if you like IHOP its great there is one at 26th floor with a view, only downfall for me was parking, deal breaker if I had to go again I may think about do to parking, meaning you are already paying enough for the room

The staff was great. They are under renovation but that didn't stop everyone from being so polite and helpful. the rooms were very clean and the view OUTSTANDING

The staff are fantastic - super helpful and friendly, and relaxed - unexpected in amongst all of the enormous Marriots and other big chain hotels.
Not really the hotel's direct fault, but the IHOP is eye-wateringly expensive as a breakfast option, and there is no where else around to get anything even remotely well-priced.

Auch wenn noch Renovierungsarbeiten laufen, war der Aufenthalt für uns perfekt. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Ausblick und ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer im 29. Stock. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Parken war durch ein Shuttle problemlos möglich (ca. 3 Blocks entfernt).

Our friends got upgraded saying they were firefighters, but an a Registered Nurse we didn’t get an upgrade The view in the 100 was horrible. The IHOP was the Most expensive breakfast I’ve ever had in my life!!

Very convenient location and best views of the Canadian and American falls from the fall view rooms at the higher levels. Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Overall recommended, especially compared to the far more expensive hotels around when you want a room with fall view.

Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und auch das Bett war groß und komfortabel.

It was neat staying in an older hotel! Location was great, not too loud, close to all amenities we were looking for, Uber was reasonable to go to Clifton hill and drivers were awesome!
