Breakfast was fair, room was big, staff was friendly.

Everything was good, except the hallways looked rough, and our room was good, except the floors were filthy, and sticky, and the TV stand was very dusty and had so.eones garbage onto of it and behind it. All our socks were tossed bc soo black, n sticky.

The bathroom is outdated and needs fixing, faucets leaking in bathtub and faucet broken on sink. The pull out couch was broken in, the couch was left to be desired. Very cold in the hallways. Breakfast was very cheap for the price that was paid for the hotel stay.

Wow. Staff were friendly, it was awesome. There was 8 of us, and the hotel was a 3 minute walk from the Arcade and all the activities! Parking is $10 a car but if that’s a problem there’s a $5 parking lot right beside it.

Arrived just before midnight, room209 beds/pillows so hard unable to really sleep, was told at chkout i could have moved rooms if i had asked

It was not clean, good under the bed the bathroom shower curtain was dirty, the bathroom counter was dusty and dirty😞

I like the location and the staff always willing to help

The elevator floor needs to be cleaned it looks dirty and it's a bad impression for the hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, man kann die Niagarafälle problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Es sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Man konnte ein Fenster öffnen.

Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Stromverteilung war sehr experimentell. Der Frühstücksraum für die Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein und das Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten.

Some of the towels are getting old and probably need a replacement very soon.

the hotel is well located and the swimming pool is ok .SIze of the room also ok .

the bathroon was not really clean and the towels were humid when we arrived ... not sure if they were changed and clean

Breakfast was poor and in a tiny basement room. Ac was noisy. Whole place needs modernising. Bathroom about 40 years old. Just has a run down, tired feel.

Rooms were away from elevator and we had to go through the new wing to be able to reach out rooms. There should be a layout of the hotel so guests can be prepared about where they are staying.

Convenient location and still somewhat private.

The poolside is closed at night time. A group of adults could be trusted though.

We felt swarmed by all these Parking Lot guys next to the hotel. We couldn't drive anywhere without some fool trying to flag us into their lot. Other than that. Location was good. The lamp is our room was damaged and 1 plug outlet was unusable due to a broken socket. The bed was just far too soft for a comfortable sleep. Even expensive hotels deal with this issue. i think it's assumed that every visitor is 100 pounds in this day and age. Same with the chairs on our balcony. The only other issue we had was dim lighting in the bathroom caused by the light-up mirror. Which could not be run without the fan being on. My only actually complaint was a bunch of Indian guys behind the hotel drinking, playing loud Bollywood music and partying near our vehicle and other vehicles. It didn't last all night which was good. Pretty sure you can't drink in the parking lot but you can only do so much.
