Front desk delayed the check in process; kept saying the room was not ready even AFTER 4 p.m. We requested an early check in at 2 - 3 pm and the hotel confirmed it months earlier that we could check in a bit earlier. When we arrived on said dates, the room wasn't ready. It took us 3 turn away "come back laters", before we were given the room key cards. We were frustrated and understandably so. Front desk workers were cavalier and rude about the whole situation. We paid for the room a week ahead of time as well; and were treated in a very inhospitable and unprofessional manner. The room didn't have full kleenex or toilet paper upon entry. There was no fridge in the room, which we required. There was no microwave either. We were never treated so poorly in all of our years of travel.

That you need to request time at the pool as they are all locked up due to covid for some unusual reason. For this reason couldn't use the pool on the first day as the front desk was too busy checking in a massive group

The hot tub, my wife has knee issues and there are no grab bars to help get out( SAFETY ISSUE) and she was stuck in there for at least half an hour, crying and upset as she couldn't get out. She was unable to get back up, the bottom was spillery,even though there is a non slip bottom which is worn, I wasn't much help as have bad back, we ended up putting a cooler we had in to help her get up on , then she CRAWLED on the ledge!!!!! And rolled over til she was able to get her feet back on floor. She hurt her knees bad. This is NOT ok, this is a SAFETY ISSUE and I don't know they get away with this. I have pictures of the hot tub. Room 727.

Love that ihop is just diwnstair. The staff is fantadtic
