Nice sized rooms but outdated for the price you pay.
The buffet was awful. Not worth the 10$ for only 3 items in the buffet. Better off going to the McDonald's next door. Awkward area of the city and small parking lots are not truck friendly. Rooms were outdated and dingy with little to no lighting. Not worth the few hundred a night it is there. Bathrooms are 20 years outdated and the shower head is only 5 foot off the floor.

Room size was good, breakfast was great!
Room was dirty, blood above the garbage can in the bathroom. Bedding had stains. General cleanliness of the room wasn’t great.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Love that you welcome dogs.
The bathroom is very small, the furniture was older, there was only one side table for the bed, the sheets could use freshening(replacing). The tv was low definition.

The staff were very kind
The room was not clean! Hair everywhere, the bathroom fan sound is very loud and it's very dirty, the shower spray is very low and I had to bend down to get water on my head, the breakfast was very poor

the room needed an upgrade, seemed tacky, in need of repaint, repairs, new furniture
the room phone didn't work, complaints did not result in a replacement - receptionist requested maintenance to replace it on Wed. still not replaced when we left on the following Mon in spite of my reminders.

My room (357) looked over the parking lot (I guess somebody has to have that view but it would be nice rooms on that side had a discount). My fridge didn’t keep anything cold and the bathroom drain was slow (plugged?).
