Loved the location of the hotel. There was a water fountain station that was right next to the elevator which was convenient. I also really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel as well.

On checking in, my guarantee check in time was 4PM. I arrived at 3:50 PM and was told it was not ready. I don't actually believe it wasn't ready until then.

The location is ideal if you want to walk.

The room quality is lower. It is an older hotel and the room presents as such. If you are debating a jacuzzi suite it is not worth the extra money.

The room was great, excellent water pressure, clean room and awesome staff. They accommodated our large group and had us all close together. The kids loved the pool, and hottubs, and we enjoyed the sauna

The paid outdoor parking for a full size truck was tough, and i even had to move it once, as i got a call from the concierge concerned about delivery trucks getting through. Even-though i moved, 2 full size trucks were there the next morning, in the same spots.

The location was awesome and the room was comfortable

the room could’ve been cleaner. we found garbage under the table. I was disappointed to find no USB charging ports in the room and when I asked the front desk about if he was a bit surly and wasn’t helpful. another staff member pointed us in the direction to find a charger for purchase. There were many extension cords in the room but none of them had a USB port in it, I think there should be at least one in every room
