The place was great and surreptitiously, I had the whole suite to myself. Very clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was generous. Edwina was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location on a quiet street. Walkable to many things in Banff.
I think it may be a different experience sharing with strangers in the common area but I was lucky that I had the whole suite to myself. Edwina carefully details that the common area may be shared with other guests so I wasn't surprised but it was nice to just relax and not be concerned about noise, etc. The bedroom and bathroom is separate from the common area and is very comfortable.

We had a great time in Banff. This was our first time in Canada. We loved it! The room accommodations added to our enjoyable stay. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We rented all 4 rooms for our family. I am an early riser and get up before anyone else in my family. It was nice to have the kitchen and sitting area to go drink coffee, eat a light breakfast read and pray without disturbing anyone else. Each time we came back from an outing we found the rooms cleaned and breakfast foods restocked. Our hosts were wonderful. Very helpful with questions, directions and suggestions with things to do that were not on our list.

I had a fantastic stay here - it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The main area is shared, but there was no one staying in the other room - it was perfect, cozy + breakfast included!
Very close to downtown and within walking distance of everything fun.

This was a nice quiet location within easy walking distance of crowded Banff. Out hostess was very nice and friendly and anxious to please. She gave great advice on restaurants and places to see and go. The breakfast was fine and the hostess went out of her way to get us gluten-free food.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It was narrow and soft for a queen size bed.

It was so popular that we could only stay one night.

Very lovely hosts. We received a lot of information about the area. Also about skiing possibilities (unfortunately after 1 slope my GF got injured :s )
Very close to Banff itself + parking space available.
Some orange juice for the breakfast would be nice.
The room temperature was good but the kitchen could be very cold in the morning, probably due to the cold weather ( -30°C outside )

This is one of the best place in Banff, We have 4 people and we book 2 deluxe rooms for 4, both 2 bedrooms have a mountain view, separate bathroom. The host Edwina is so nice, she gaves us a lot of nice recommendation for our trips, breakfast including waffles, sandwich, donut are re-fill everyday, rooms and entire space are also clean everyday, the suit location is only 8 mins walk to downtown, we definitely comeback for our next trips. Love this place so much!
