we had asked for handicapped access and got convenient parking, a first floor room with all necessary accessibility features; very friendly staff. motorized blinds on the window were fun.
no restaurant in hotel, but a fine pub close by. view out window was of parking lot, NOT of the reversing falls nearby which we had (apparently mistakenly) expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions for restaurants and other places in the area. Breakfast as very good.

I'm sure the room listed on booking.com at $155, but I ended up paying $189. The confirmation was $189, so I expect the price was given as $189 before I accepted, but I didn't notice. I wasn't pleased at checkout to discover this. I didn't save anything over booking directly with the hotel, and I had no leverage to renegotiate the rate with the desk clerk. So I wasn't happy with my booking.com experience. If you want to send me the 25 bucks, that would square us.

hot tub cold(cold water coming out of jets), cranky staff member at the breakfast room on Saturday, not getting the room I had booked November 1! could not book as a team but was scolded for not letting him know even though we all booked separately. people that booked recently got
a king suite which I requested and paid for. the man at the desk was lovely this morning and changed it on the bill. managed was told it was full for booking teams
