Staff were rude from the moment we arrived. We got stuck in the underground parking as the garage door wouldn’t open. There response was “it should be working”. My boyfriend ended up having to find the button and manually held it open for us and several others who were also trying to get out. Upon checkout I told them I had paid in full through booking.com. They said I didn’t and they needed to charge me. After some back and forth they finally said it was all settled and I could leave. The very next day they charged me for the stay I had already paid for. Nice location and decent hotel but not worth the hassle and risk of issues.

The room was great (clean, comfy, modern). I liked that there was a mini fridge in the room.
The AC did not work. We complained, only to be told that the AC was not working in ANY of the rooms. This was over the Tamarack Marathon Weekend (it was +30C) so not having AC really sucked *Our parking was reimbursed because of the AC issue.

The front lobby was nice and clean.
We were given a room next to the elevator and cleaning room. It was very loud.
The mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillows had zero support. We had to fold them in half to get any kind of support.

very loud! always someone in the hallway screaming, dog barking in the hallway close to 10 pm. it was supposed to be relaxing night after the electricity outage we had, I spent the night awake and had to wake up early the next morning. to go to work… should have stayed at my place …

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was incredible. Helpful, kind and their energy makes you want to come back again. The wonderful lady who checked us in was beyond helpful and the lady who served me coffee in the morning was a pleasure to be around and her energy alone makes you want to come back! The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were patient and helpful. Restaurant staff were exceptional considering they were understaffed.
Pool was not available when we planned to use it per school. The backup for taxi fare to the Ottawa location was not practical

The AC did not work and the room didn't have windows to help with this problem, the front desk gave us a small fan but this was not enough for how hot the room felt.
The tub was not draining the water quick enough while showering, so we were standing in High water while showering
