The location is excellent, and the room is adequately clean. Everything else, however, is average. In fact, the hotel on the whole is a little underwhelming for a downtown Marriott in a major metropolis.

The facility looks and feels outdated. The staff is friendly insofar as expected professionally. But again, in comparison to other Marriotts we stayed in major cities, this place feels rather lukewarm at best in terms of quality of service.

I stayed in a room for 2 nights, on a business trip. The check-in was very easy (even though I was a bit late). I was informed about all facilities available within the Marriott Ottawa. The room was easy to find (there were 5-6 lifts on ground floor). On arrival, I found the room clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean as well. Linen and toiletries were provided and good standard. The TV was working (though I didn't get to use it). There is a small fridge in the room as well. All electricals were in working order. I also had the breakfast for two mornings- There was a buffet available though I could have requested any type of omelette. The selection of condiments and cereals etc was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I did not use the (open) Wifi, the swimming pool and the gym though they were available for use if I wanted to. Finally, I ran into 2 problems while at the hotel (one due to noise on the floor from another room and other due to breakfast payment)- they were both resolved quickly and professionally. All in all, a great stay for me. Many thanks.

The room was very nice

Our room was stuck between several hockey teams in town for a tournament. It was insanely loud all night!

Clean and comfortable, windows were very clean and everything is there proper place as it suppose to to be

Room service was not good, we have to call 4 time for bottle of water, we had feeling that they are not happy to service in room, bath room tub had bleach stains looks very ugly,

The hotel was on a great location, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant food was tasty

The decor was so busy and the rooms and furniture felt dated. The coffee machine was utter crap and just created warm water and poor tasting 'coffee'. There was no kettle if you wanted a hot cup of tea.

Die Lage ist super, Fußläufig ist alles sehr schnell und gut erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung hat seine beste Zeit bereits hinter sich. Sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren was den optischen Eindruck doch sehr trüben.

A foto do quarto quando fechei tinha uma vista, na vdd a vista era para outro predio, piscina com água quase fria, entraram no meu quarto mesmo com a placa de não perturbe.

Wir hatten ein möglichst ruhiges Zimmer in den oberen Etagen erbeten und haben ein gutes Zimmer in der 23. Etage mit Ausblick auf das Parlamentsviertel erhalten.

Parken mit dem leider zu hohen Auto war in der Hotelgarage nicht möglich, ein Standplatz im Hof wäre möglich gewesen für 48 CAD pro Tag, was wir zu teuer fanden. Extern geparkt, war aber umständlich....

Body wash in shower empty after 1st day. It was never checked for refill. Bad so uncomfortable. Breakfast brunch was terrible. Take à look at the hotel Westin to see how it should be done.

Clean, comfortable, close to city centre, exceptionally good helpful staff on front desk & in the restaurant for breakfast

Parking should be one time even if we move our car at least for hotel guests
