Breakfast was great. Great options.
Beds were uncomfortable. They asked me to show proof that breakfast was included in my stay, surprised they did not have that information.

Very well located. With shopping and restaurants walkable distance.
Refill for shampoo and body wash missing in my room and at the sauna bathroom. Didn't like the bad surprise.

Good service and got a nice room with a good view..
The location of the hotel is good and at walking distance from public transport, shopping mall and many restaurants.
The room lacked electrical outlets near the beds for all the phones, laptops and tablets that needed to be charged. Even the outlet under the desk was all used up by the room's appliances, so we had to free it by randomly unplugging things.

great location to attend the Oilers game. comfy beds.
parking! we drive a large SUV and had to park in the outside parking lot behind the Westin……someone broke into our vehicle and stole whatever they wanted, looks like they most likely slept in there and left some gross dirty things behind when they left. No patrols in the parking lot and very questionable people hanging around there all the time. not safe to park there.

The Hotel smelled clean and looked very well kept.
Our room could have had a better coffee maker though.
The coffee maker was so tiny and we had a hard time using it effectively.

good location for what we wanted. room clean and comfortable, and staff 😌
maybe not their fault, but dining service terrible. they were overwhelmed for the brunch special- after asking 4 times for water we gave up. should have limited the numbers if didn’t have staff. the dining room itself looks like a converted storage room for conference chairs and tables🤷🏼♀️

Staff friendly, location very good for my needs
Hotel is fine, it is just very dated in decor. Everything seems to be a shade of brown. Needs a refresh, but fine for comfort and general needs though
