Clean , staff very friendly
A little noisy , but to be expected

This is our second stay here and we like the location and it's proximity to the mall. The staff are very nice, especially the young man who works on the front desk. He is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating.

Not enough parking in front of the hotel, they have bigger parking somewhere closer to hotel but walking back in the dark was not comfortable

Because we stayed for 3 days. A little bit of variation would have been nice.
Some supplies for purchase would have been appreciated. A vending machine with basic things. Like Tylenol or any personal item. Our child got sick and having something on hand to buy would have helped us so much.

old and outdated, air conditioning didn’t work like sleeping in a sauna. when brought to the staffs attention they just said I will let the department know. no house keeping between the the night there.

Location was great as across from West Edmonton Mall
Parking lot is small and had to park across the street at mall overflow parking... beds are hard as a rock.

Room was big. I like the location. Room was clean. Lo Ed the view.
Towels were a bit old and worn. Hot Breakfast would be nice. If you could turn the cold box Breakfast to a hot one it would kick it up a fee notches.

That they allowed pets for a nominal fee. It was great location to the mall. The staff were very friendly and if there were any issues it was dealt with quicly.
It was dated and some things in the rooms were not working. Of the 3 I booked the 1st room had no working lights or plugs on the wall the beds were on.
