The staff i spoke to last night was so rude, the worst customer service i have gotten in any hotel I’ve logged at. Same issue he wasn’t willing to help figure out in 10 mins, someone took the time to go through our reservation to figure it out in 2 mins and done. He even asked me to call the person who booked the hotel at 2am so he can confirm even tho he saw my name on the reservation email only that it wasn’t there when we checked in a day before but the booking says 2 adults, the reservation got my name in it. I wish i got his name.

The hotel was clean and quiet (love the signs in the hallways asking people to respect other guests). Great location and serviceable for what we were there for (dance competition). Parking was straightforward, plentiful, and not unreasonably priced.
The restaurant on site had only average food (and don't even bother ordering a drink - terrible) and the wait staff were rude. I understand they were busy with the competition happening but for the price of the food, the service was really unacceptable - I don't mean slow, I mean RUDE.

The room, staff and food
A LOT of noisy kids. A few of them kept pounding on our hotel room door and would run away when we opened the door. Staff was great though when I informed them (the issue stopped). I probably would've checked out the property and facilities more if there weren't so many hockey kids and parents everywhere.

Walking in the hotel was good.
Cost to park was excessive, pool didn't have enough chairs as it was busy or overcrowded.

Overall, a wonderful hotel. Krystal in particular and other wonderful "lower" staff. Management is my only point of contention (read further & see pics regarding their direct failure to serve, disappointing that management must affect the experience negatively after their "subordinates" shine well otherwise).
Initial Hotel message regarding card concern after being gone: "I do see there was an attempted charge of $66.11 to VISA [XXXX] on Apr.4th. Please allow me confirm the details with F&B manager tomorrow morning so that can provide an update with more in depth details. May confirm the best contact email address is [my accurate email]"

Staff was friendly.
The food at the restaurant was the worst food that I ever had paid 44$ for fish and chips that they were soggy and cold and the calamari was rubbery to chew. We ate it because we were tired and hungry.

The shuttle was perfect.
The management was very accommodating.
I appreciate all the hotel did for us when our flight was cancelled.
I'm from a small town, so I'm not used to to high prices, but the convenience of bring near the airport was reflected in the pricing

I booked my room through booking.com The hotel was asking me a code different to the one that I had. Although my booking and the code were correct the hotel staff told me I did not have a booking and they were not very helpful either kind searching about my booking. It seems I was registered with my middle name and although I provided it they said it did not match. I should call booking.com and everything was correct but the hotel staff was not very helpful searching my booking.

A very comfortable bed. My only complaint was that the toilet was very loud when flushed.
The staff in the restaurant/front desk were excellent and the food was appetizing.
