Breakfast was sufficient. Very good coffee.

I can’t say anything was wrong. All our needs were met by an exceptional manager and staff.

Great value for money, with welcoming, friendly staff full of local information. On site breakfast was surprisingly good and staff was gracious and efficient.

No elevator meant guests on the second floor, like us, had to carry bags up the stairs.

The only exterior door accessible was the main entrance, our keycards would not work with the rear entrance which was the closest to our room. Front Desk agent was not visible at all times, entered the front entrance multiple times with no acknowledgment from the agent, I believe she was around the corner, but when I worked in hotels it was always required that I was visible at all times.

We had a few issues that initially we were not overly happy with, however, the way that they were handled was excellant. As seasoned travellers, we stay at so many hotels and probably are a little more demanding than most. All issues were addressed in a friendly and helpful manner, that was far more important than the issues themselves. Staff went out of their way to address problems, and more than made up for them. From management to the helpful and friendly maintenance man, we could give 10 out of 10 for attitude and professional attention. Great effort guys!

Upon leaving we were more than happy with our stay, as overall, we could recommend to friends and family. Effort to make our stay comfortable was greatly appreciated. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was perfect and the location was great as it was near where we were attending an event. The place was quiet didnt; hear a sound in the halls.
