The staff were really nice and extra friendly. Did their best to make it pleasant.

pool area not very inviting, pool was dirty. The gym was sad. No water refill station, didn’t see any towels. Originally booked a room with two queens, ended up with two fulls. pictures were from other extended stay hotels, rooms were outdated and run down. Smelled like marijuana as soon as we got off the elevator for being a non smoking floor.

I didn't do any breakfast. Location was not far from strip but there was alot of homeless around the building.

From the moment of arrival it was very uncomfortable the tipe of guest allowed in the hotel were loud disrupted the hotel smell of mereguana and strong orders of food the carpets in the whole way and in the room were very dirty couch in my room was broken the sheets look old there were only 2 pillows overall I was really displeased with my stay at this hotel.its no were near what is being advertised on line or in booking hotel.

Our room was vndelizeby the young manager black front dest lady and the maintenance guy that. Was there yesterday? I. Had a meeting to go to at the Virgin casino and hotel when I got back. All our clothes were taken out and they told us that that we were kicked out because of a pipe. Now we are allowed to have a pipe because. It's a weed is legal we never smoke in the room She kicked us out throw all of our belongings in the middle of the lobby and left. Then she took the chairs so we couldn't sit down in the lobby And then we found out that my money was missing which was $850. I had just won at the doddy's next door in the shopping center $550 She and the maintenance guy. Invaded our privacy rights. She is very rude and we're following the police report against that establishment thank you This incident happened on five seventeen two thousand three 5-17-2023

Friendly staff, quiet area. I was able to cook meals in the room. Fixed the smoke alarm issue right away. Gym was functional. Beds were comfortable and I didn't see any bugs.

The pool was closed. Breakfast was just coffee and granola bars. Both were the reasons we booked this particular hotel. The stove was just a two burner, and I had to ask for the microwave and dishes. When we got the dishes, it was a place setting for two but we booked the room for six people.

The front door is locked and the staff won't open the door to let you in they just yell you need a key to get in

The price is cheap and pets are allowed in this location, of course with an xtra fee. The kitchen is a convenience.

The place needs a renovation. Rooms are dirty and outdated. Stains on walls and chairs. Beds are uncomfortable especially if you try to use the sofa bed, is like you sleeping on the springs of mattress. Not enough lighting, and also no utensils or coffee maker.

Lady at ḍesk was very helpful and kind in getting me dishes for my room...her name started with an M. I was getting surgery the next day so I was nervous about that. I had to apologize to her and she was very forgiving. Manager Tom, was also very nice and professional. Thank you again.

The room that we requested was a 2 double with a pull out bed but they gave us a smaller room. There was no phone in the room

carpet in room and hallways was Filthy! Room lighting was terrible. bathroom faucet didn't work well and was very hard to turn off and get the temp wanted. night staff was unavailable. nice that I had a dishwasher but no detergent was available
