Location is great. Villa is a little outdated, some small details regarding maintenance in the room.

Blinders broken in main room, they move with a/c plus bed makes noise when you move.

Villas of Sedona was great. Nothing was disappointing.

big accommodations close to groceries and everything like mins drive beds are ok ,full kitchen big receptionist are helpful and friendly

Dark needs to re paint the unit bathroom needs to remodel

Would have liked to have earlier gym Access.

The location was great!

It was outdated and carpets were dirty. when we first entered the property it had a horrible smell inside. we opened windows turned on AC and lit candles and the smell was still awful. The beds were uncomfortable and had bed bugs. The unit needs fresh paint and remodeling in order for customers to be happy in the future. The staff was very nice and friendly!

I liked that it was so close to everything like groceries, food and Starbucks within walking distance. They have n indoor pool that the kids like and a playground. It felt very nice and relaxing. I had good sleep and everything felt clean. They also provide silverware. Pots and pans to cook with and a big refrigerator the kids and adults love the stay!

I didn't like that room39 had some broken stuff the bottom closet was damaged i think thats one of the adults said, the floor had this small wooden thing to enter the dining room and that brook off as soon as i Enter with my suitcase. The restroom on top. When I got out the shower it fell like I was goin to fall through it was broken.

The full kitchen was a bonus as well as having a 1/2 bath on first floor. We had 4 people and it was nice that kids did not have to share a bed because of the extra Murphy bed. The master bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of closet space.

I would point out that the bathrooms could use an updating. The bathrooms were old and could use a remodel, but were still very clean and functional. Also, the dining table was too big for the space, but that that is just a preference.

Nice spacious accommodations just a few mins from Uptown Sedona and Red Rocks. Very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

it’s a shame that there wasn’t another bedroom. the apartment had plenty of space but it was a stupid layout for a family of 6.

Staff called my cell at 1030pm on Saturday night while I was asleep and didn't leave a voice-mail explaing why. On my 1st night someone started ringing my door bell at 8:40pm while I was relaxing in bed. No call or anything just continuous doorbell ringing and it was maintenance telling me I had the wrong room. I was booked for a 2 bed but was given a 1 bed. Due to staff's mistake. Pillows are not comfy. Jacuzzi seemed not so clean. Game room was blah. Not impressed especially after being charged for the 2 bed still and not the one bed price
