Room had great Mountain View and opened to the outside, no elevators and long hallways. Very clean and modern. Location perfect.

Fantastic location in the town of Sedona, close to the shops and restaurants, with beautiful views from the balcony towards the red rocks. Tasteful decor and a lovely rainfall shower, a treat after some of the typical American showers we'd encountered! Staff very friendly and helpful, we had difficulty finding a place to park on arrival (the hotel have some spots of their own at the front of the hotel, as well as a number in the public car park across from the hotel) and the man at the reception desk (the manager?) allowed us to park directly in front of the hotel entrance (not really a space!). He was also very helpful with suggestions on places to eat. The grab and go breakfast was fine for us, we grabbed some fruit - bananas, apples - plus yoghurts and breakfast bars and ate them on the balcony with tea/coffee before we left We were able to leave our car parked at the hotel whilst we did the Pink Jeep tour in the morning which was handy. Overall would definitely recommend

Great views, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was small but covered the bases. Rooms were comfortable and clean!

Lobby didn’t open until 8 so we were unable to grab coffee until then.

The room , the staff and the location were all very good.And the pool and hot tub first class. Very well looked after.

The noisy neighbour who had a tv blasting at 5 am.

The recently refurbished rooms are delightful. Comfortable and well appointed. The view is incredible We were going to check out before the grab-and-go breakfast started, so Eddie bagged up various breakfast items for us to take away the night before.

Breakfast was adequate ….the 8-10 two hour window was an issue. Coffee was good and nice to have a fruit option.

Fantastische locatie midden in Sedona met uitzicht op de bergen. Vriendelijk personeel. Bij de receptie kun je 's ochtends koffie, water (ook voor je waterfles), fruit, yoghurt, granola en snacks pakken.

Als je midden in het stadje logeert, hoor je natuurlijk wel eens wat geluid. Zo ook hier.

The view from the room. The balcony. The size of the room. Well refurbished. Location at end of strip ideal. We will definitely stay hear again.

No breakfast. Sedona is very pricey and having to venture out for breakfast wasnt ideal but not a deal breaker since we loved this boutique hotel.

The mattress, pillow and sheets were all super comfy and soft. The rainshower was hot and excellent. Location was perfect in uptown with free parking out back. Even the view was wonderful. And the people were all very friendly and helpful.

Warm and personable welcome by employees. Modern yet retro-inspired room in a cool updated building with history. Excellent view while sitting on the balcony. The shower. Odd to say, but it was a great shower.

Super trivial, but the lower patio is ugly to look at from above and made big, bland patches in my photos that were hard to edit out while still keeping the cool, old motor inn sign in the frame. And that I could only afford one night there. But I'll be back some day.

We had a mountain view which was amazing. Almost too sunny in the morning to sit on the balcony but the evening was perfect.

The bed was on a platform that kept on sliding.

We had an amazing chalet to ourselves and loved it. It was perfect!

The receptionist Kitty was very warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect!

The location was so perfect! It was central, easy to get around the town. The view was exceptional!!!!! Waking up every morning to the mountains was to die for! The room was just the right size for two. The balcony was great to sit outside and watch the world go by. The jacuzzi and pool were so romantic and clean. Towels were there and we managed several times to have it all to ourselves. The use of Beekman products was a pleasant suprise. We will definitely stay at the Matterhorn again...

This may sound petty, but the only complaint I have is that the tissue paper was a cheap brand. If you could step that up to the real Kleenex brand--

The view from the room is breathtaking. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Had a balcony so I could sit outside in the evening.

The rooms are finished to a very high standard and it was very clean. It was a great location.
