Andrew at the front desk made me feel so at ease with my own challenges alone and in a wheelchair. When my family later arrived to Join me, the whole staff went above and beyond in making my sons 9th birthday special with a surprise cake, smores, and balloons in the room. Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful and service was fabulous. They treated me with nothing less then grace and gratitude. IF your looking for luxury camping experiences, or private 5 star crackling fires nestled on the creek in Arizona's magical Sedona . This is the place for you. I was originally at the amora hotel, and was asked to leave half way through my trip because they couldn't take partial payments during my stay. Even after i told them I had a daily limit. They embarrassed me and abandoned me when i asked for help after falling out of my wheelchair. Thank goodness L'Auberge was available and made me forget the nightmare I had to endure from management at Amora hotel. Thank you to everyone at L'Auberge for your patience and support in achieving a lovely experience I'll never forget.

That i couldnt stay forever

We booked the creekside cottage and the view is phenomenal. The spa is first-class as well! There a lots of activities provided as well, which we really enjoyed. The location is excellent as well.

Pretty pricey. However really worth the money. The cottage bathroom is a bit older so some renovation could be done.

Location and the classes offered were good.

Our room was noisy, the lobby had some music playing late into the night. We could hear foot steps constantly. For the price we paid, we expected a bathtub. The gym was poorly equipped. Although we were the property guests, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us for dinner one night.

Everything was as advertised and more! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had our own "cabin" and it was beautiful! Everything you could want and much more!

Can't think of 1 thing. I was very pleased with everything.

Our room smelled like sewage that was being disguised by an essential oil diffuser with strong blend of smelly oils. Grout seemed dirty in shower, pelaron wasn’t working in gym.

For the price a ridiculous bathroom. Having to negotiate myself between a bathroom door and a lavatory, turning sideways, not much luxury, not much fun.

The location was great. we ate all of our meals at the resort creekside restaurant. The food was good.

The pool area was much too small for the size of property and the hot tub needs cleaning and replastering.There were ants everywhere around the pool.The poolside bar was not open on Monday even though the pool was crowded which resulted in guests walking to interior bar and bringing back drinks in glass containers breaking posted pool rules. Restaurant hosts were very snooty and not accommodating to our needs. Ants were all around the creekside and patio seating "waiting" area and the area was covered with spider webs, chipped pain and otherwise not well maintained.
