Great location was able to walk to everything

Refrigerator made a humming noises had to unplug it at night and no coffee cups to use to make coffee the only downside about it but that's it would recommend and stay there again

Such an awesome little spot. Very simple But had everything we needed. We had been camping but it got too cold for our son so we grabbed this place on a whim. Loved the beds and the amenities were very nice. Love a boutique motel🤎

We couldn’t find the remote. But it was okay 🙂

This was a great location. Very convenient with regard to communication about booking etc. convenient parking right outside the door. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I wasn't notified beforehand that the water would be turned off for several hours one day of my stay.

Clean, great location.

Difficulty checking in but it was resolved with a phone call in about 10 minutes.

Great location with parking on the main road in Sedona, rooms are really accessible, everything was there all that I needed for my stay. Clean, nice refrigerator and a very pleasant atmosphere.

There was an issue with the code so there was some delay before I could enter the room.

for the price I could have just crossed the street and got a place with a pool since it was so fricken hot. laying by the pool would’ve been nice.

Great location, that’s why I chose it. Bed was comfortable. Towels are plush. Lots of hot water.

The simple amenities are missing like a night stand between the beds. The lighting fixtures are from the 60’s. Chipped paint. No blanket although I didn’t need it. The A/C is extremely loud. My room had a kitchenette but the oven didn’t work. When I was in the shower, someone else must have been using the water because the temperature changed drastically. A handyman arrived at 9pm to fix a broken blind although he couldn’t fix it so I had to manually roll it up by hand. TV kept stopping in the middle of a show and I would have to go to another channel and then go back. No staff to check you in. Stupid inconveniences that affect your trip and opinion of the property.

Very clean and had a nice TV with a great movie selection.

The room was very small. It is a good space for one traveller, but tight for two people.

This property is affordable for many.

We didn’t find this property so clean or lovely. The floor was dirty, so were the duvet cover. If this was all what you get for this money in Sedona, we would skip Sedona and rather stay in Flagstaff.
