So disappointed I took my grandchildren for two days because this hotel had a pool only to find out the pool was shut down both days. I felt like they could have offered us a refund to go find another hotel or something for this inconvenience. I will never return.

We had a horrendous experience from start to finish. They charged our card before we even arrived for our night stay. The staff weren't willing to help. Neither was booking.com. we booked for the pool, which was broken on arrival.

The room had ripped carpet and curtains, burn stains and a dirty bathtub, holes in the wall, the hairdryer ripped off the wall, stains all over the walls everywhere not even an attempt at being wiped. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned from previous guests, there was a rotten lime on the floor behind the night stand. There were yogurt tubes thrown in the closet. The room was so gross I wouldn't let my children sleep there so we ended up leaving and asked for a refund to the card but they wouldn't. We asked to talk to the manager on the phone and they said he was unreachable but we could hear the staff talking to him on the phone in the back to him. He refunded us the next day, but did not bother to even return our calls or speak to us. It was awful. We would never stay again obviously.

Breakfast was very good.

The room was dirty, the bathtub was not cleaned, and the walls/ light switches were dirty. The beds were very hard, tv is small and should be mounted to wall, not dresser. The pool and hot tub were great but really nasty, need to be redone and upgraded, and towels should be available by pool. The rugs in the room are very gross and need to be replaced.

The fact that I still got charged for stay when both the hotel and booking.com assured me I wouldn’t be charged for booking I made in error, I called immediately after I realized my error, I tried to rebook but the hotel wanted 3 times the original price for 2 days. This was a medical visit.

The location was convenient..

Our room lock was broken. I had to get the front desk to open our room every time we left our room with the real master key. Some staff were not overly happy about having to close the front desk and come open our room. Our smoke-free room was not smoke-free and stunk so badly and did not help with our allergies. We stayed 2 nights, and housekeeping didn't come to make up our room. They offered us a new room but not a family room. Instead, a smaller room. Management told us they would make up for it and lower our bill, but when we checked out, they took next to nothing off our bill. Would have appreciated at least one of our nights free.

Very dark and "tired" room. Bottom sheet on one of the beds was badly torn. Lampshade was cracked and peeling. The hotel manager called me the day after checking out to say that two top sheets were missing from the room - we had taken them off and placed them in the closet as it was an exceptionally warm night. Apparently housekeeping had taken them to the laundry but had not communicated that. The hotel did call to confirm that that there had been a miscommunication.

Location was great for LRT. Area felt safe.

Room needs a renovation. Shower didn’t work properly. Scratch marks in bathtub. Pipe under sink leaked. vending machine for drinks wouldn’t work unless you used bills…not coins.

Nice hotel, really great staff. Slide in the pool was a nice addition! Room was large and practical, ideal location with easy transport links to downtown.

Breakfast wasn’t particularly to my taste, waffles, cereal and some breads etc but wasn’t the worst. Only real issue I had with the hotel was that I got an unbelievable amount of static from the bedsheets, I didn’t even know that was possible! I had to actually get up and find something to discharge the static before returning to bed, I could seriously see the shocks lighting up the dark, I’ve never seen anything like it and I’m not exaggerating! After that settled the place was great!

30 steps from the ctrain station, made getting to our hockey game extremely easy

The fire sprinkler that went off in the entranceway concerned us, but the staff handled it very well

Hot tub was scalding hot, one elevator sounds like its ready to snap off the cable making it a terrifying ride only 3 floors up. Bathroom sink was clogged, and the whole building smelled of mildew.

Staff was good, room and everything was clean

Bathroom showers were old skooled it was not up to date and no water bottles in room no cream for coffee in room
