Great spot to get away and relax. Walking the beach/boardwalk is what relaxation is all about. Staff are always friendly and take gr8 care of you. Resturant is over the top. Food is gr8. This is our go to place when wanting a mid year get a way highly recommend.

amazing location. one bedroom suite was great for a family of 4

a bit annoying to pay the resort fee even in the winter when you aren’t taking out beach chairs etc.

didn’t have a fire pit outside , also when u use booking .com they already charge u for first night, then ur charged for the rest of ur stay so why do u also have to pay a deposit ? it’s crazy

The rooms are very large and well equipped

the view was phenomenal! We walked on the boardwalk even though it was chilly it was so nice! Our room was like a little apartment away from home - it was so nice!

i did not find anything wrong at all.

The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole suite "felt" clean. The view was beach front from the living room and bedroom.

The two living room chairs could have been a little more comfortable.

The room was amazing!! Million dollar view of the ocean. Loved the gas fireplace and an incredibly comfortable bed. We had dinner the restaurant the first night we arrived....the catch of the day was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Kudos to the chef!

Ocean front and beautiful ocean view, very comfortable and quiet.

we had to request a room change as what was described as ocean view was actually a very partial ocean view. If you went to the corner and looked out otherwise we looked out onto the trailer park.

To me the pool smelled absolutely abysmal, like the worst of urine and chlorine. To be fair my son didn’t feel the same. we had two rooms. Mine was fine and clean. His linens had several head and body hairs in the internal sheets. Tara at the front desk as professional to the point of impersonally cold. apparently my mistake for booking on an app as I was unable to change the reservation from two singles to a suite or some other configuration that allowed adjoining rooms, even by paying an increased price…..:which seems completely mad.

this is by far the best property to stay at in parksville! they go above and beyond, staff are amazing and rooms are spectacular.
