The close proximity to the beach was great. Also, the surrounding green space made it feel more homey than other resorts we've stayed at.
I didn't like that we didn't have more time there but that was due to our schedule not resort availability

I like the location, quietness, privacy, kitchen, washer/dryer, staff & amenities.
I usually stay here when I visit family in the area.
Bathtub/shower turn-on tap needs repairs in #41. Difficult to set water temp. to shower.

The prize for the size of the room was great. We had a full family of four and grandma, and it was totally comfortable. The location also makes it pretty straightforward to travel to several places near by.
Not overly convenient for beach access, if you have people who are struggling to walk, as beach access is steep. The beds were comfy, the pullout couch bed was not. I know it was a pullout, but even by that standard it was poor.

The pool and the condo was perfect for my 2 kids (3 and 5)

No breakfast provided, but we were quite comfortable with our own supplies. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Location was excellent for our purposes which was exploring both Qualicum and Parksville restaurants and shopping.
Water pressure of shower could have been better.

Beautiful home. Well equipped and modern design. Quiet resort with parking close to the unit.
The trek down to the beach was steep. Going back up would limit people with mobility issues.

There was no breakfast but being Christmas I would not expect it. The only down fall was they only give 1 coffee.
More coffee in rooms.

This cabin/condo right at the beach totally exceeded any expectations!! I especially enjoyed the 5 minute walk to Rathtrevor beach, the beautiful scenery, and quiet resort area. Staff was really sweet as well.
There’s not anything really negative I have to say and I’m trying to think! Nothing comes to mind for me. Everything was lovely.

Secure, quite access to the fitness gym.
The undisclosed request of full payment upfront before checking in. Could have been better if we were informed ahead of time that full payment of the unit was required prior checking in.Security deposit was already taken out weeks before to secure the unit , but the requirement of full payment was never disclosed. Not the kind of service we look forward to in our next travel-just not a good customer service experience.

Kitchen needed more plates , bowls, flatware , etc. stove did not work well. Cleaning supplies should of been included. Skimpy on toilet paper, clothes detergent , Kleenex ...
