Diana's location was about 8 miles from Vancouver City and easily located by car or cab. The home was comfortable and scrupulously clean. She documented her world travels with momentos throughout the home. Her breakfasts were complete and very satisfying personally prepared to our requests. Diana even prepared snacks for us for our daily travels. I would have no qualms of recommending her B&B

Breakfast was exceptional! Diana put on a tasty, healthy, homemade spread. It was so enjoyable talking to people from all over the world over a shared breakfast. Diana met every request in a snap.

Diana relatively friendly, although got angry when we showed up at 11:30. We had informed her of our late arrival time well in advance. The facilities were alright.

Terrible breakfast for what was advertised. Not worth the money whatsoever. This place does not qualify as a luxury bed and breakfast, in my opinion.

Diana is the difference. What she has created, tweaked, and refined is, in and of itself a thing to live and behold. But it is Diana herself that makes it come alive as an interactive work of art.

Easy street parking

The house was more like a 1980 soviet grandmother's house. Luxury should not be feature anywhere on the name or the page of this place. I would put it more close to a badly arranged old house rather than what Booking portraits this place to be; a 4star, 9.xx rating score. Incredible this is not a 3.5 rating, 2 star place.

Location convenient for buses to centre. Breakfast items catered for various tastes. Diana spared no effort to help us get the most out of our few days in Vancouver.

We had a reservation at another guest house that was unacceptable. Diana jumped to the rescue and made arrangements for us for the entire week at a moment's notice. Our room was right by the front door so we heard the arrivals and departures, but it was not a problem at all.

This was an awful situation! booking.com defaulted to the date when I entered the information rather than the date that I chose to travel. I was told I had to go through the proprietor to change the date. I called several times and sent a message through booking.com as well as found the direct email. No response. The date came and went. More than a week later, I finally was able to reach the proprietor and she said she had no time to talk with me and will call me back. No return phone call. Several days later I got her live on the phone and she refused to change the date and or refund my money. She was rude, hostile, and completely dismissive. This is an awful place! They charged me full price for a room I never used. Absolutely do not book this location if you want a smooth and friendly experience.

How clean the property was. Taxi service. Clean towels and bed.

The bulky metal bed. The over cluttered bright furnishings. The abruptness of the owner.

Fantastic breakfast. The location was very quiet in a very nice neighborhood location. Diana is a fund of information about what to do and where to go in the city and its area. The place has everything and is immaculate at all times.

The uber rides did add up, though we took buses in the mornings after a 8 minute walk to the bus stop. Diana is very helpful in this. The place is very full of decorative touches, takes a bit of time to get used to it. Sometimes, the helpful talk from Diana could veer off into longer discussions which had to be curtailed.

Clean room, quiet street, nice people.

It is too expensive for a small room. On top of it we had to give the owner a tip which she demanded. We could hear the noise in the next room even if the people spoke quietly.

Diana is a lovely host.

The decor is a bit cluttered ; that said, this is a very personal thing.

If you're looking for something fun and out of the box this is your place. Hostess has great local recommendations.

it was very clean and the bathrooms seemed like they were all fairly new. Diana was helpful and professional.

The decor is a little over the top, there are a LOT of things in smaller spaces. There was only hand soap in the showers (no body wash or regular soap), there was nothing hot or really cooked for breakfast except hard boiled eggs and Diana really pushed me to fill out a Vancouver nomination form when we checked out, which felt awkward.
