Great location, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great option for a family of four with a rare option of 2 rooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds (as opposed to 2 rooms with 2 double beds).
Grocery store just across the road
The only thing that did not work as expected is the single beds are for younger children, a bit small for adult 'children' (early 20's in age).

Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt. Stylisch, modern, komfortabel, bequeme Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein gläsernes Büro mit einem fantastischem Blick, tägliche Reinigung inklusive neue Nespressokapseln, ingesamt ein sehr aufmerksamer Reinigungsservice! Plus perfekte, sichere Lage. Highend Shopping und alles was angesagt ist, Restaurants… fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Perfect location in downtown Vancouver with groceries, restaurants and coffee shops minutes away. Staff were very friendly and very helpful

Top Lage und schön sauber. Die Suiten eignen sich auch sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte, da sie viel Platz ermöglichen.
Ein Hinweis, dass man für den Check In 15 min umsonst in der Parkgarage stehen darf, wäre vor Ankunft sehr nützlich gewesen.

We loved the space in the room and the quality of the beds. The airconditioning was a bit noisy but wasn't a big bother for us. Would stay again.
The aircon unit was a bit noisy. We were able to close the door to the bedroom which made it okay. It didn't affect our stay too much but if you are sensitive to this maybe check with the front desk.

Location and view was great. I loved that it was right across from a grocery store and a steakhouse.
It would be great if the hotel had a pool and the parking garage could fit the car higher than 6 feet.

We had an apartment with kitchenette. There is a grocery store across the street from the hotel. One cannot expect anymore convenience than that. Several restaurants are within two blocks of the hotel. Currency exchanges are within two to five blocks from the hotel.
Did not like the requirement to download an app to cell phone to use the laundry.

Clean spacious two bedroom suite with a balcony in a great downtown location and all the comforts of home. Many restaurants just outside the property. Very helpful and courteous staff.
Parking is an extra charge but that is to be expected in this area.

Great view and generous amenities.
I called ahead to verify that the sofa turned into another bed. When we got there it didn’t. When I inquired they said they could provide a rollout bed for an additional money. I would hope since they confirmed originally that they would’ve just given us the rollaway complimentary but they did not.

Overall the hotel is very nice but the laundry facilities are very expensive - not coin operated and a card has to be purchased for a cost of $10 and then loaded with a minimum of $10. The cost of a wash & dry is $5.25 so unable to get two full loads for $20!

Great location near port and city center. Clean attractive hotel, very spacious rooms. Great service.

The showerhead is fantastic and water pressure is great
There was no papertowels in the kitchen and no dish soap
Parking is expensive and soo deep underground it is almost scary.

The location was central and the bed was comfortable. The view was fabulous
The fee for parking was excessive.
