I liked how affordable it was, especially providing a kitchen. A nice and quiet place!

I don’t like how they don’t include the $100 deposit or the $5 a night parking fee on the booking even after you confirmed your stay!

Everything! The place smelled like smoke and weed. They tried cover the smell with apple cinnamon spray, which only exacerbated it. The coffee was atrocious. The room was terrible. The sounds were annoying.

The bad smell of the room, arbitrary collection of kitchenware, noisy air conditioner and refrigerator, no water kettle, shower water tap free and falling all time, shower head clogged and producing jetty streams, drainage clogged, water in toilet seat sometimes too high for men, no bathroom floor rug/towel.

The room was good-sized. The bars in the bathroom were a big help for the handicapped person we were visiting. We wanted a first-floor room and was able to get one. The staff was nice and helpful when we ran into things that didn't work as they should.

We weren't able to get any ice as the icemaker wasn't working in the fridge, and they didn't have any other way to get ice.They had to wait to get a part for it. We also had to have the TV remote exchanged.

The bed was comfortable. Room was cleaned well.

Staff was rude and not very helpful. Toilet was leaking when flushed. Room poorly stocked.Tub missing fixtures. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Stay was not pleasant. Will not return.

I little high-priced

I have stayed at this hotel several times when it was Candlewood Suites. I like the fact that each room has a functioning kitchen. The bed was very comfortable.

The new owners are letting the place run down somewhat. Especially the chair in my room which was clearly in need of repair. Also it would have been nice to have some information in the room either about the hotel or where to eat etc.
