Our Experience is amazing..
The costumer service is the best I believe her name is Marrian she is Filipina (philippine)
She work night shift (march 28)when we come late she is very polite and jolly even its late at night serve us happily..she is kind with our kids and so friendly..Food is the best too
People in breakfast area is very helpful and nice.. and the place is so clean..we will come back again 100%

Breakfast below our expections.
In the breakfast.... they mixed sausages in omelet eggs. We dont eat meat. Atleast they should mention on the trays. What is in it mixed with. Also chef was not there so we can atleasr ask about menu.

Needs updating, water in hot tub was much yellower than the pool, definitely needs chlorinating more often.

The room were a good size, the beds were very comfy, the breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could think of, fruit, cereal, make yourself waffles with all the fixings, my kids loved that, eggs, toast, bagels, and more
The TV provider was down, so there was no TV in the rooms which is tough after traveling all day with kids. and the internet was not working. So we made the best of it and played card games. They had the issue fixed by late that night.

Great location and always hot coffee ready. It was also very quiet.
Our room was always very warm even when we turned the heat off, but it was a small thing. The bed was quite firm.
