Breakfast was typical like all the rest,wish there was turkey options besides pork.

The guest laundry room,only 1 washer and dryer.You had to pay with a credit card.

Nice place to stay. The room wasn’t as sound proof as we would have liked - we could hear the hallway noise a bit!

Check in process, beds were extremely hard, breakfast was really bad, coffee was the worst I've ever had, parking lot is small and big vehicles take two spaces.

Very pleased with our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet.

the rooms were decent and it’s in a good location. the complimentary breakfast was decent as well.

it’s not that clean. I killed 3 spiders in the bathroom over 5 nights. my key card suddenly stopped working 3 times over my stay. they don’t deep clean the bathroom when cleaning the room and I don’t think they change the sheets just re-tuck and straighten. my acne flared up in just 4 days of using their towels. they barely vacuumed the floor when I asked for the room to be cleaned. typically for hotels I don’t need the sheets and towels changed everyday but for this place I did. just wasn’t clean enough.

Bed. Was a little lumpy

close to the hospital and perfect continental breakfast and very soft pillows.

Close to Duke Hospital. One mile from the main hospital and VA hospital.

The fan didn't work in the bathroom.

Staff was very rude. My grandmother was there due to an early doctors appointment the next morning. My grandmother asked the check-in person for a free bottle of water. Ms. Marisol responded that we don't provide bottle water. There's some water there you can help yourself to it. My grandmother responded with, "I am 85 years old, put me on the 3rd floor, am I supposed to come down everything I want want water. Staff said will how are we supposed to make money!"
