I liked how clean it is and the staff was nice.

The toilet seat slid a bit and I couldn’t figure out the TV remote. Also, I thought a bottled water or two should have been in the room.

the blue paint. they didn’t change our room but they sent the maintenance immediately to fix the refrigerator and lamps that wasn’t working.

Convenience to where our training was at Jeff State Hoover/Pelham and eating places.

Bathroom floor had some type of food on it by the trash can. We didn't touch it to see, but looked like a milk dud. Also, floor had nor been cleaned properly. Room was little crowded, with the table right when you come in and/or out of bathroom.

Location was good.

High cost, but seems all Birmingham hotels are expensive.

Room was in good repair. Staff was friendly. Breakfast provided was nice. Hotel was quiet. Good location with nice view.

The TV channels were jacked up. There was a TV guide channel but it matched nothing amd the actual channel description that popped up when turning to a channel was also wrong. The opposite end of our hallway always smelled like pot. Also the room was muggy and weird smelling when first arriving.

The bed was conformable.

The front desk would not answer the phone when trying to call them ahead of check in to inform I would run a little late. Upon arrival the only employee was playing on her phone with earphones. After checking in and receiving the key cards, I had to return to the front desk, as one of the cards was not working. The same employee kept giving me push back insisting I had probably placed the cards near my phone (which I did not), instead of simply fixing the issue. The room was not clean and dirty plates, disposable forks and napkins were found at the desk and night stands. empty bottles of juice, and yogurt taken from the breakfast were later found in the refrigerator. I was tired and didn't even bother to complain to the phone centric front desk employee.

Location is excellent. Close to several restaurants and stores.

The room was disappointing. Bathroom faucet was loose, shower curtain would not stay closed (rod was hung out of level) bed headboards were crooked and loose, carpet was wet, water stains on ceilings, ceiling finish was flaking off. That was our 2nd room they put us in! 1st room bathroom door wouldn’t close, faucet was loose, carpet was wet, and towel holder fell off wall. Very pricey for a low quality room.

It was not on the main roadway. Quiet. Very family oriented. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was charged more than expected

Big room for a reasonable price.

We did not like that the shower head was broken, and the door locks didn't work. Also we had the sign for room to be cleaned up and it never got cleaned.
