The towels had stains and there was hair on the toiletries.

I didn’t eat it but it smelt good
The beds were uncomfortable, the walls were so thin you could hear everything outside of the room, people were smoking weed in the elevator. the staff cleaned it up very quickly though

The bed was nice and big and the bathtub actually had a plug that worked 😊
The pillows felt like one was sleeping on bags of concrete! Due to the fact it was raining buckets outside I was unable to go out and get my soft fluffy comfy pillows.

The location was good, breakfast was OK!
We asked if we could have another computer chair to use in our room for only a day since we were both working and the front desk stated they had to contact the Manager and was told NO they could not do that, the hotel was not full and plenty of chairs available to be used for a short period of time. Will not be staying for travel/work at this hotel again.

Check-in was easy.... when someone finally showed up at the desk.... I waited for almost 10 minutes 😩
Room was in bad shape, and molding was peeling away from the wall. Not enough lighting in room. Sink and bathtub were missing stoppers. I was missing face and hand towels and had to go front desk get more. Housekeeper argued whether or not I had towels already in room. Bedding/linens were stained (dirty).

The free WiFi was great for business needs, the hotel is near a lot of attractions, shopping, and great restaurants. But that’s literally all I can say good about the place. The property was being remodeled which I wasn’t aware of until check in. It wasn’t clean AT ALL! The carpet was dirty the front entrance was a little trashy and the bathroom inside the room was dirty. I literally went to the Walmart down the street to get my own cleaning supplies. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location with shopping & dining nearby.
One of the beds had what looked like blood on the duvet & the sheets had yellow stains. The stains were obvious so we noticed them from a distance. Don't know how housekeeping missed them or felt it was acceptable. Luckily I travel with my own bedding but I would be grossed out if I didn't.
