Hotel was under construction (unaware of this information when booked), property looks nothing like photos posted on booking site, hotel looked dirty, dim lighting, bed sheets had stains, beds were small (full sized), no room service.

hotel under construction. Lobby in disarray,main entrance closed had to use side door to access. If this was noted on Booking listing i would not have stayed. The room was ok but had some electrical defects. This room was not worth the price I paid.$145.00 plus $75.00 for my dog. Very disappointed in hotel and also Booking.com

The hotel was nice and quiet, the area was felt so safe, and the room was beautiful.
My room had a lot of dust in it on the nightstand with the clock and radio, which I thought was odd for this hotel. Also, the bathroom was so tiny. I am small but I could barely fit in there without having to squeeze behind the door to close the door to access the toilet. Sink was not in the bathroom because it was so tiny.

mold was on comforter, and the virtual card through booking did not work during check in and was trying to charge my card again. I really would like a refund for the inconvenience and the molded comforter.

Beds weren’t clean bathroom shower curtain was filthy beds had burn marks on them an ants were in the room called over night an the staff said you can come get new sheets not bring them up but the next morning at check out the young lady offered to give me a discount she was pleasant that was about the best customer service
