READ REVIEWS ON GOOGLE NOT BOOKING! as per booking’s review policy, they can remove reviews that they think are “fake” (i.e. if you say something negative, they can say it’s fake and remove it) This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. when we got there, I needed to use the washroom so I asked the woman at reception if they had a washroom in the lobby. She directed me to the pool which was down the stairs. The hot tub had no water in it, and the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom was full of cobwebs, flies, and spiders. it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. when we got to our room, it looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 70s. It reeked of cigarettes. The carpet was lifting up in numerous spots, and the tile was broken or chipped or missing entirely. The towels were dirty. There was bugs on the toilet paper. The woman at the front told us that the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have keys. She said if we wanted to leave we should just come and find her and she would let us back in. She assured us that the manager was coming that night, and he would fix the machine (this happened before we saw our room). after we saw the room, we told her we would be leaving and wanted a refund. We asked to speak to the manager. She told us that he wouldn’t be in until the next day (weird…thought he was coming that night…) she then told us that she couldn’t give us a refund because we paid through booking.com and so booking needed to give us the refund. when I complain to booking about my experience, and sent some pictures, and the receipt for the new hotel room, that cost twice as much as this one, and explained the story, they told us that they couldn’t give us a refund because it was prepaid and the hotel needs to give us a refund. they also said that the hotel explained to them that they offered to upgrade us to one of their “finest suites”. Not sure when that happened… don’t believe the pics online.

It was very quiet with a nice view of the river and easy access to hwy. There was a huge parking space for a truck and trailer.

We got charged the 100$ damage deposit because we had sex multiple times on the bed and the sheets got wet as well as the room smelled of sex. This was a huge shock to us -to get charged for....its unheard of - hello! It's a hotel!!! Very common to do...not impressed..at all. Very offensive to charge paying customers for damage that is NOT relevant...its called a washing machine...

pool, kitchen pretty much everything

the suite 102 has a room that if you close it , you freeze to death, my friend is snoring so i had to close the door. On top of that , the extra room is near the laundry room, they wash the thigs at midnight duh , when i told them they said I will be closing the laudry in a minute , after five minutes i had to go in my pajamas to the front desk. They close the laundry machine but they started right away at 8 am, just to ruin my sleep again, the staff is young and probably paid with pennies so they dont really care too much
