Affordable for an early flight the next day. Staff were helpful. Paid airport parking almost next door. Good shuttle service. Slept well.

the room was not good, had to ask for clean towels and bedding.

The best thing was the woman who worked at the desk in the mornings. Her name is Sara. Sara is kind, thoughtful and understanding.

Toilet ran all the time. Beds were hard as rocks. Air and heat half worked. We stayed five nights and our room was only cleaned once.

I liked everything. The ladies at check in and check out are wonderful, bed super soft, thank you

The hotel room itself smelt of drugs it must have either been in a different room or they must have tried to clean the smell out of the room we were in but didn’t do a very good job of it and I know the smell because I’m law enforcement so having my child in a room with me with the room smelling of something that made my child ask me a million questions wasn’t great and this was supposed to be a nice weekend away from all of those types of things…… we came out here for the reptile expo we drove 8 hours!

A bit noisy. I had trouble w outlets and plugs. Lamps with outlets built in didn't work, and the distance to the wall was too far w lamps mounted to the nightstand.

Close to the airport

The hotel had no record of our Booking.com reservation, even though Booking.com had sent us a confirmation email. We ended up being able to stay there, but had to pay a higher rate. Either the hotel or Booking.com failed us.

There is nothing I found wrong with the property

there was a broken phone in the room and no remote for the TV. we spoke to the staff about these things, and they said they would fix them, but they never did. the noise level of the other guests was super loud and continuing past 3 am. we felt extremely UNSAFE in this hotel. while it was ok for cleanliness and perfect location, I would never be able to recommend it due to how unsafe we felt.

Location

There was people sleeping in the lobby, the room we stayed in has extensive damage to the door and looked like it was broken in a couple of times. I didn't get one second of sleep due to this. Ended up costing just under $75 for the night which is better then most hotels in thr area
