Location is outstanding , its literally on the beautiful beach . The room we had was on the building corner at the ocean front so fantastic views of the beach , the pier and the ocean , so great !

The shutters in the room did not close 100% so light came through early morning . The restaurant was average , a bit of an odd menu with too many complicated dishes and also right in the hotel lobby , no privacy !

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. The staff at the Loews Santa Monica is by far the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful I ever encountered!

The staff was wonderful! They brought Dubshine to a rainy weekend!

We were offered a room upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary. We had a spectacular view of the ocean. All the staff were very friendly. The gym was great and the pool was a great bonus with it being heated. We even used it during bad weather! Our stay was short but we will be back.

There was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom. The weather was awful during our visit but the hotel can’t do anything about that!! However the gym & pool facilities certainly made up for us not being able to cycle along the shore line.

the hidden charges for parking and random amenities fees. I get that it’s close proximity to desirable areas but amenities should be priced into the hotel

location, ambience, decor

had an issue with minibar usage on checkout. it showed we had used each item when the minibar was untouched. all resolved and removed from bill but there is a potential problem with how this is worked out as we did g even touch the minibar.

I didn’t like that I had to leave and that I cannot stay there forever. if I could be anywhere in the world it would be there
