Nice location, spacious and good staff

. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but up to date and very clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and definitely stay there again.

Not many places to hang things in the bathroom

Didn’t get my room cleaned once because of my work schedule, I asked many times to try and figures out a time when they could clean but no effort was made. They also charged the wrong credit card.

The breakfast and room were good and it was exceptional value.

The breakfast 'nook' required one to climb stairs so it wouldn't be accessible to to someone who couldn't manage the stairs.

Great location. The room was clean, we liked the furnishings in the room and that there were sheers on the windows.They also had usb ports in their plug ins. I also liked that they offered a complimentary breakfast and also had a lounge that offers food. They also have an East Indian restaurant, hairdresser, small fitness room and a purified water tap.

The bed were very comfortable (like sleeping on clouds). Staff was very helpful with suitcases for my aging mother. There’s no elevator but it’s great place for a great price. I will definitely refer to family & friends coming through & I will rebook.

Great price, good location, room was nicely updated. Only complaint at all was regarding the included breakfast at which all of the muffins and bagels were at least a day old and rock hard. Other than that, a decent deal on a cheap place to stay.

Muffins and bagels at breakfast were haphazardly wrapped in cellophane and were not fresh, hourly only 1 day old but not edible anymore regardless.

Room wasn't cleaned when got there at 3pm and didn't clean the room very good and no hot water and had a jacuzzi room so didn't get to use it and was the main reason on getting that room.told night staff about it and said it was impossible so ask them to come to room to see it and said to take it up with morning staff and they said there is hot water now and so wanted to file a complaint and they gave me a email address to message them for they should be the ones to do it for I went to front desk ware they took my momey

Dirty room and jacuzzi tub no hot water to use tub and got run around went to tell them of my complaints

the room is big, clean, with a jacuzzi hot tub which we enjoyed very much

I hope there will be a hand grab bar (for safety reason) and some cloth hangers in the bathroom
