Place looks nice inside.
I booked this hotel late into the night after Downtown ATL had a water management issue, canceling my original reservation. I paid for the booking through booking.com just for the property to say they do not see the reservation. I was promised a full refund over 7 days but regardless, how is this even possible? The nighttime receptionist made little to no effort to accommodate.

The suite was large and spacious. Fit myself and my partner comfortably. The bed was so comfortable as well. It was very homey.
Advertised having smart tvs, but only offered Netflix and Tubi. They were very stingy with towels and toilet paper. We booked for 3 nights and were given attitude by the staff when we asked for more towels. The staff in general weren't very friendly. The website should've said the pool was closed before we booked. The ice made in our refrigerator had a very rancid taste. Ruined our drinks.

The room was very good and had just been remodelled. The location was quiet and near to everything we wanted to visit. The free parking was good.
On arrival we were asked to pay again. Even after producing receipts and our bank transfer we still waited 20 minutes whilst the member of staff "dug deeper". Made me feel uncomfortable. There was no milk in our room. When we asked for some we were given a carton which was 3 days out of date and told it would be ok. I think the staff need some serious customer service training if this is going to pass as a Hilton.
The breakfast was passable obviously the building work has affected that as well.
We were disappointed the pool was still not useable.

The hotel is completely under construction so there is trash everywhere outside. Amenities were closed. The parking situation is confusing. Our room was renovated, however lamps were not all plugged in, the handle to the bathroom came off and the shower was dirty. We did not have linens for the sofa bed for our children to sleep on. I called to the front desk at 8:30pm to get linens and was told they were “just put in the dryer.” I was told they would be delivered to our room but they never showed up. We had to have our kids sleep on a bare mattress and use blankets from the car. I would not have booked this hotel had I known it was under construction. I’m glad it was only for one night.

I cant find anything. Hotel stay was very disappointing.
Booking website did not state that hotel was under renovation. We asked for towels and linens for the foldout couch right after we checked in and never got them. We finally went to lobby and for them and had to make up own bed. No pressure in shower, toilet didnt always flush,. Room was hot and didnt cool down until late in night. No light in kitchen. Front desk staff seemed uninterested. No hot breakfast (unless you count soggy breakfast sandwich) and no manager reception as stated in hotel amenities

The staff member who checked us in was rude, and stand-offish, and essentially laughed of annoyance in my face when we asked to make sure where we parked was okay.

Buckhead is a great location.
We were not informed in advance that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Everything was covered in construction dust and drywall chips were all around the facility. Construction was going on on the floor directly above us, and the noise was extreme from 3:30p-5:30p when we arrived, and started again at 8:30a the next day. The only reason we didn’t leave the hotel was because I was in town for an event and had no time to make new arrangements.

This hotel is under heavy construction. No one said that! Not only the pool but the patio or garden are unavailable either. Forget the noise and construction; elevators, which are frequently shared with construction equipment, are not properly working - at times I had to wait for someone to take them down so one could go up to my room. The breakfast consists of ready made packaged biscuits, oatmeal cooked with water (no syrup), and yoghurt with cereal (which they dud not put out on my first day, for some reason? The whole place smells (I don't know of what - mold?) Upon arrival, I entered my room only to find it already occupied by someone else!!! What an embarassement. I had to move my stuff to another floor after another room was made available to me. Just now, I had to get my room key fixed 3 times (each time going up and down those elevators) before I could enter my room. I spent a good 10 minutes trying to close my door this morning - the lock was stuck. The inside of my room is renovated, it is pretty and comfortable - especially the bed - but when the A/C works, it is like a plain getting ready to take off in the room. By the way, my AC worked at its own whim, the sensors were not working. I booked unaware of any of these shortcomings - they were neither mentioned on Hilton's website or on the booking agency's website. I am normally very fond of Hilton but this is intentional misguidance and is really disappointing. The staff acted as if none of the above was happening, not caring in the slightest! One went as far as saying that the construction is mentioned on the website. It wasn't!

I paid over $490 for 3 days of torture consisting of 1) Noise from drilling of concrete permeating the rooms; could not get extra sleep, 2) Room furnishings were well worn, 3) persons prohibited from the pool and courtyard, 4) large boxes in parking garage obstructing parking, 5) Exposed wiring, and, 6) No Signage (Staybridge) making it difficult to find the hotel.
Staff person commented that the construction will continue until this June.

wish I had known before I arrived on site that they were renovating, drilling starting at 9am in the morning messed up me sleeping in and the room number was writing in what looked like permanent marker

Top floor room was one of the most recently renovated with new carpeting, bedding and accommodations. AC worked superbly even though it was a cool night in Atl. Checkout mgr was very kind, prompt and professional! Overall it met my overnight needs for a sad memorial out of town.
Communications that the hotel was under complete renovations were an unwelcoming surprise! Parking was very tight. Front check in staff was minimally courteous. Bathroom door barely opened into private shower and toilet. Since it was so newly completed, the hastiness in renovation showed in the door handle to fall off while stuck in there. 😳
