The location is easy to find, and the property is beautifully decorated and clean! The staff were so accommodating and polite, and they went above and beyond to serve us. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Donot like it
First of all, I have been calling two days three time ask for a teeth brush; secondly, one of the key doesn’t work; Thrif, the bed sheet has blood stain, and the couch has a big stain too. Really donot understand why I would pay over $300 to just get one night for my business trip stay~

I love everything about this hotel, it’s in a very good location right next to the mall, in fact joined with the mall! Fantastic front desk staff, I can’t complain at all about this marvelous hotel!

The room had a perfect view of downtown Atlanta, the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Location was perfect and close to most of the things we wanted to do in the Atlanta area.
Housekeeping had taken a long pillow out of the room after day one that I enjoyed lounging on and watching television.

The service here is excellent. Housekeeping and the staff in the restaurant save this place. Good location but far from the airport. This place felt more like a business hotel and not a 5 star hotel.
We had an unexpected stay here after our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. We chose the JW after reading it had 24 -hour room service. Since we arrived close to midnight, our family was tired and ready to relax. However upon check-in the front desk informed us that room service was not 24 hours. The overall facilities were bare and sparse in terms of options. For example, the bar in the lobby does not open till 5:00 pm. Not what we consider a 5 star hotel.
