The location and condition of the building was well above normal

The property was not the problem, Booking was. They lied about anything and everything that was supposed to be included with the room. There was no minibar (extra charge) there was no terrace (also extra charge).

We’re unhappy of the rooms location. Facing another high rise without any view !

The Location, bar area was OK, but extremely small. Not much else.

The rooms were not what I expected after paying an average of $800.00 per day, Pretty small bedroom, The pillows on the bed, extremely uncomfortable, the bar and restaurant area was VERY small, with few tables... The food prices were extremely expensive, for breakfast Room Service we paid $160.00 for two persons, with burnt bacon including 2 slices of Bimbo Bread, which cost $10.00, what I felt was a total rip off. I really think that this property does not live up to the prestigious name of Waldorf Astoria, that we have stayed in before.

property was great has small snags but overall great!!!!

could not get my phone on to heat up the thermostat wasn’t doing a proper job. broken panel out near valet liked to fell. the bed was unbalanced headboard noisy when leaning on it

There was no "to go" coffee or room service in the hotel before 7am. We had an early drive and could not take coffee with us or have breakfast prior to departure. The only coffee available was the nespresso in the room.

it was very clean, the restaurant food was superb and staff was very friendly and accommodating

staff was solid and the bed was very comfy

had to move rooms because of repairs at odd hours. staff accommodated but it was a hassle and took a few calls to sort out. also, the phone system is overly complicated and doesn’t work well.
