The staff harassed me at 8:00am (Lillianna or Lilyanna ) Tried to charge me smoking fee when I specifically requested no service just towels. When I left Someone entered my room when I was gone.

The staff makes me uncomfortable and I feel unsafe. Ill never rent again and every one I know and social media will know. Marriot is unsafe they search your personal things.

The room was very functional. Well thought out room space. The fact that it had a pool and a gym.. even though gym was rather small.

Breakfast wasn't great, although it was complimentary.

Space available, convenient parking.

Lack of tv channels especially sports networks, only 16 channels, dated approach.

Additional fees have been requested upon arrival He asked me to pay parking fees and I don't have a car.

The manager, recently relocated from New Orleans was absolutely wonderful !!

The size of the room for the price. Breakfast options were good.

The fan didn't work. The a/c vent upstairs was closed.

Parking was limited and the air was out in the first unit we had and we were also missing cookware, but the host at the front desk fixed it very quickly.

The thing i liked the most, is the kitchen and all of the working appliances. Also free of noise, i was able to relax and get some rest. Very clean and comfortable. Nice stay, i would definitely come back in the future.

both rooms we reserved were not in working order. one had a plbimg leak and the other, the TV didnt work…office ataff were not friendly

Breakfast was really good and the attendants were very personable, Front desk staff were very professional and friendly.

The scent in the room was overwhelming from cigar and cigarette smoke. The smoke was so much that it was very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. It was surprising considering that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Would have asked to change to another room but we arrived at 12:00 a.m. for check-in and had a very early morning appointment. Need to fumigate rooms.

Location, the space of the sweet, the cleanliness of the outside areas

The bathroom was dirty (shower curtains, mirrors, and underneath the toilet seat). The oven was dirty along with dishes in cabinet (not just water spots). The door on our sweet didn't lock/close properly without turning the handle multiple times (annoying). Some parts of the room need maintenance (don't forget fireplace gate that's holding on for dear life). The stairways leading to the upper suites could use some paint. The upstairs bathroom shower in our suite didn't drain properly (you must shower in your dirt or use the lower level shower). Charging customers to park one vehicle is Ludacris... you should only charge to park if parking multiple vehicles @ property. PARKING SHOULD BE FREE WITH PARKING PASS GIVEN for one vehicle. Love the fact that the property is well Lit during the nighttime hours!! Lastly was told security deposit is $100 a night but was charged $250 (125) a night by the lady with facial hair (very nice lady though) not sure if she's aware of the cost! Hope I get my deposit returned in a timely fashion so I don't have to contact corporate regarding the above!
