liked room layout clean quiet fairly comfortable close to church, restaurants and shopping. front desk staff were friendly and courteous

didn't care for 50 deposit or safe fee but they were reimbursed. Needed facial tissue and microwaveable cups in the room. Had ground floor room so LACK of elevator did not affect us

We were required to give a $50 refundable deposit at check-in, this is only partially true! When the refund came it was for only $47.83, so what was the $2.17 for? I called and left a message for the "manager" to return my call, now 4 days later, still no call and no explanation. We will not be back!

The front desk clerk was rude and disrespectful 😠

Clean as could be. Very uplifting to see how well the place looked. I did download the app on my phone and it made excellent use of the television 📺. Watched the final 4 college hoops 🏀🏀🏀🏀 NCAA Tournament 🎉.... Very cool app. Older people don't take well to that, but I am ok with it. (58.5 y. o.) So I am tech savvy. Everything was as it should be. And I am very proud to say I love that. And your maid staffing was quality to the T. Also had me feeling safe because of how clean 🪥🫧 everything looked 🎉.

The way an employee was treated in front of me with complete disdain whether deserving or not. Manager (assistant???) Should be reprimanded for doing it blatantly in front of customers (not just one of us) AND saying "HAVE A GREAT NIGHT" WITH COMPLETE 💯 Disdain was very unsympathetic!!! Made me want to puke, especially for the new (?) girl that was trying toP help us. I cannot IMAGINE how this girl must have felt!!! I really don't believe that says anything good about how employees are being treated at this facility. May be a revolving door for new hires. Working the Graveyard Shift??? Really? That took some BALLS to say what she did to that employee, deserved or not.
