Cover for Iron board kept coming off. Ironing board quality was not aligned with room quality.

I like that the room was spacious and the beds was comfortable.

I didn't like that soon as I checked in and went to my room, which I checked in right after getting off work and my room didn't have any running water. I felt that the staff knew that this was a issue but didn't let me until I called complaining about why I did t have any water. Than the coffee maker didn't work so I couldn't make me a cup of coffee this am.

I liked the pool and the fitness room also the mini bar also the shampoo and conditioner and lotion in the rooms

The price is ridiculous. The fact that we have to pay for breakfast even tho we spend a lot of money. WiFi isn’t free unless you sign up for Hilton vip and the room is bland and basic. Also the outlets don’t work

Room was very clean.

The king bed had a bottom sheet that was the wrong size and on with the seams on the outside. It kept slipping off at the corners. It belonged on a much smaller bed. Highway traffic noise all night.

It was close to where we were going for my daughters soccer games

When we came in there was no one at the counter and the lady took her time coming to check us in. She was very short and not welcoming. There was someone smoking in the hotel, I could smell in in my room and the security came and looked but nothing was done and no follow up afterwards. Then the next morning we walked downstairs and the whole lobby wreaked bad of heavy weed smell. The hotel was full, and people were ridiculously loud, and kids were running up and down the hallways knocking on peoples doors. It didn't seem like anyone on staff cared. They said we had to call to get our room cleaned which I don't think I should have to do that, once every few days or a set schedule with the customer upon check in is a better idea. I really felt like it was not customer friendly, and no one cared about our needs. Also, so disgusting that people are smoking in the hotel. Not acceptable.
