It was clean. Pool was nice. The bed wasn’t comfortable though. Room was nice. Grateful for the air-con.

Bed was uncomfortable and at times I didn’t always feel safe. The restaurant was a hit and miss. On one occasion the waitress was too busy talking to her friends at the bar and just forgot me at the table.

Clean rooms in a nice neighborhood.

Breakfast was great at the Hoffman restaurant! Waitress friendly and efficient!

Noisy people in hall during the night! Handicapped room…picture showed step in shower! My sister unable to step over the tub into the shower and NO shower chair! My sister is short and the bed was too high to get into comfortably! The only handicapped part of the room was a raised toilet and grab bars!

The best beds ever! The staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. Access to our vehicle was amazing and they accommodated our pet with a smile. This is the best hotel that we’ve seen in our travels!

We couldn’t stay longer, we had to continue on our way.

Didn't have breakfast left before

The carpet smelled, the air condition was loud. The carpet was soaked from the air conditioning unit. The TV did not work. Plus they charged me 75$ extra for my cat who slept in a carrier. Ridiculous , we traveled 12 hours arrived around 10pm, wanting to unwind, did not happen.

Needed someone to come in to repair broken curtain (it was simply closed for our stay). Internet was frustratingly slow.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The restaurants at the hotel were terrific and convenient. My family had a great visit and we will use them again!!

Trying to find the cable guide for the television. It was a bit confusing to look at the guide and then have to punch the numbers on the remote. Our family enjoyed our stay, and this issue was no big deal

The cleanest of the room

The extra add ons for room payment when it could of been paid online before arrival. Also my room was booked for 12 noon but, was pushed back till 2 because of over booking to give staff to clean rooms.
