Great location and very clean

I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. The staff who was working there was very friendly and offered a welcoming atmosphere.

I loved Olivia who was at the front desk. She tackled my problems with booking.com with grace.
The pool and spa were perfect after a long day on the road.

Noise from room next door kids banging on walls and connecting door.. Toilet backed up and had to go get a plunger from desk and fix myself.

The young woman who did our check in was so welcoming & polite. I can't fermenter her name. But she made us feel like we were taken care of 100%. I truly appreciated it. The room was clean the got tub was outstanding, it was all & all a very nice location & the price was ok.
The "full hot" breakfast was more like food from a homeless shelter. Luke warm and their egg disc's were like eating wet cardboard, major bummer.

Hairs in the bathroom. The tub flooded and sink was slow draining. Bed was bad. Could not even look out window to see car because the front Fairfield apex logo blocked our view! Stains on towels. Overall, not very clean.

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Convenient to restaurant. Beds comfy.
Our room was across from the pool. A lot of noise from big group of kids running in and out of pool area.

Location.
The whirlpool and swimming pool were absolutely disgusting. I have never seen such a dirty whirlpool in my entire life. Debris and gunk were floating on top. Jets have to be deep cleaned. The pool had the same situation. Debris was floating on top and junk was sitting on the bottom of the pool. I hope that they address this in the near future. I won't be back.

Good location for travelers, easy to get to. Staff was very friendly
Nothing in particular. I just wouldn’t stay here if I was staying in the area. Very busy, and a little close to the highway for more than a night.
