It was very dirty

Clean, easy to get to, the housekeeper was amazing!

Front desk guy had 0 personality! Kept saying I didn’t have a reservation. I’m like well I have 2 rooms and an email confirmation! Finally after huffing and puffing for several minutes…he found my reservation! Rooms were not soundproof. You could hear EVERYTHING going on around you! Every door opened and slammed in the hallway, the barking dog, the crying kids, etc

Had a pool and breakfast. Location was awesome for what we needed.

Well first room had a air-conditioner that leak all over the floor. Needed to get a new room ,I believe we should have had priority to get into another room . Not accommodated in timely room change.But new room was very acceptable.

The front desk person at check in was very friendly and helpful

First room had a broken air conditioner and garbage in the bathroom. 2nd room took all night to cool down. We didn’t get breakfast, despite it starting at 6 when we went down at 7 there wasn’t much out and the coffee was gone. After 40 minutes of waiting for fresh coffee we ended up leaving

The room and staff was nice 

very noisy, banging, screaming people run it up and down the stairs up and down the hallway. There was a basketball team ship warn people before they book the room because it was on comfortable got Harley no sleep.

Cancelled reservations by staff by mistake and triple charged without authorization

the sound insulation was bad. we can hear conversations from hallways and the adjacent room. Check in experiences was not good, the front desk was not friendly, and watching the sports game while checked me in.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Fingerprint smudges all over glass doors and elevators. Wasnt sure if the carpet in my room had been freshly vacuumed. Dirty spots visible on easy chair and on bed skirt. No room refresh or clean towels added in between days. Room keys locked us out 2nd day and had to be reset, which was not a big deal really, but seemed annoying to have one more thing on top of the other annoyances. Renovation sawing and pounding 9-10 am on a Saturday morning, which isn't ideal for people trying to have a weekend get away. Large round potholes in the drive around the hotel. In general the hotel seems like it needs a deep clean and paint refresh in the high traffic areas. Seemed disappointing compared to other LA Quintas I've stayed in.

Terrible place. Dirty room. Sticky carpets. Noisy hallways. Smell of weed in stairways. Dirty gym. No towels provided. No wipes to clean equipment

Children running in the halls late at night unattended. Dog barking nonstop for hours . No shampoo, no Cups , no plastic bag to get ice. Ice machine broken on our floor.

TV was broken. Room was dirty. Hidden pet fees. Dirty sheets and comforter. Poor cleaning and sanitation.

The elevator was not working on first level.

Room was so clean and big! Night manager on Saturday was a doll! Facility was really nice. Such nice staff walking around and so friendly!

Lobby felt dark and not inviting and felt empty. Lighting there was terrible because it was a sterile bulb white color. The lobby gave a bad first impression. Bathroom lighting gave it too much of a motel feel, needs to be warmer.
